Good bank, though to solve any issues you need to go into a branch, customer service over the phone isn't so good. Everything else is great, including the online banking.

Very disappointed. Tried to open up a credit line for my business account and specifically was told that my personal credit would not be touched. I ended up getting a hard inquiry for a mortgage line! I kept getting put on hold and transferred over until finally I was transferred to a company selling hearing aids???

These people are thieves. I was charged maintenance fees because the account I had is no longer an account they offer, so I’ve been getting charged monthly fees for months which I never saw because unfortunately I trusted them enough to not look. I was told I would only be credited for 3 months because that’s only as far as their system would go back. Banks have access to further back; I’m not that stupid. I’ll be looking for another bank.

I’m very disappointed in US Bank, they put our cards on hold without telling us, then when we called them, they said they needed to verify our address, then we sent them the needed documents, they decided that was good for a day. Then they shut off our cards again without telling us. We called them. I’m very disappointed in US Bank.

I don’t understand poor reviews for this place. The staff are amicable and try to help you in the best way possible.I appreciate all the small talk they do to make your experience better. Banking is all about providing and building customer trust, and that's what they do. I think all telly bankers are great in this Branch.

The atm is in the worst spot possible you have to hold up the line to use it. Also it was broke down and it’s the only atm at the bank! terrible bank can’t stand this place also there is a us bank every 20 miles very hard to find. Bad customer service very very busy I don’t have much else to say then worst bank I’ve ever been to.

I went to the ATM to check something & then the atm screen just froze. I'd tap on one of their bars on the screen, but it would not respond to my touch in any way. I was frustrated so I left. A little bit later, I went to the atm & gave it another chance, hoping it would work better. But it turned out that the atm screen was black (blank). I HOPE AN EMPLOYEE/Manager of this bank can work on this issue. At the very beginning, I was happy. But at the end, I was frustrated, irritated & Not Happy!! ☹, then ?. This is the 1st time this has happened to me. Usually I have no issues.

Super happy that this branch has drive up service. They've adjusted their COVID assistance to have their window service open and their staff was super helpful. I really can't complain much about anything with their service or anything else, especially since the times we are currently in are really strange.

Since moving to the area and using this branch for my banking needs, more times than not I’ve been met with disappointment. Two separate occasions when I have called them to answer a few questions only to then come by the bank as they suggested and be told a different story than what I was told on the phone. This location is the only one I’m aware of that closes completely for lunch break in the busiest part of the afternoon which makes no sense, really poor customer service skills and I’m beginning to wonder why I shouldn’t just take my banking needs to a local institution.

Only ever come here to deposit checks and each time I do, I receive extremely slow service. Don't know what takes so long to deposit a single check.

They're constantly messing up my daily deposits and they don't even open on time. I watched them walk into the building to open 5 minutes after they should have been open already. Then had to wait 10 minutes for them to get started. They only thing I can't complain about is they're nice. But being nice doesn't compensate enough for their service.
