-1star My husband uses the shop religiously and from time to time I had boughten things myself from their shop but my very first time buying a glass pipe to smoke out of when I got it home I couldn't drag off of it It was like when they blew the glass pipe the glass welded shut on the inside so there was no way to take a drag and actually smoke from the pipe so I called and the lady on the phone said that all cells were final and I said that I didn't want my money back I just wanted to trade it out for one that worked all cells are final I was told once again My husband and I will not be coming back here ever again when you spend money on something you expect to have a good product when you leave I feel scammed You will never waste our money here again like I said my husband comes here religiously every two weeks not no more

Still the best place to get e-cigarette juice and accessories. I heard that Utah is going to go away with flavored e-cig juice. We will only be allowed to buy tobacco flavor and menthol only. So stupid, they're forcing me to go back to cigarettes after being off for 15 years.

My mom bought a Rechargeable Vape on Sunday try to return it on Monday because it wouldn’t work they said it had to be done by a manager to come back on Tuesday came back on Tuesday and said my mom’s fault For it not working terrible experience I will never go there again and I hope nobody else does either terrible customer service

Bought a disposable vape here a day ago and it won’t hold a charge. They won’t replace it, unlike all other places I’ve been to always replace bad disposables. Waste of $35 and I always tip too. Won’t be back.

Manager on duty, kylee silcott, was very rude and very unprofessional I bought something that had obviously been tampered with and brought it back in not even a minute after walking out of the store and she continued to go after me and say she's not doing shit about it and then when my husband called he said how do I know your not the one who messed with it and sold me a used vape and she full on said in a bitchy tone and with laughter in her voice you don't! Basically admitting to stealing from the customers, DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND THEN TREAT YOU LIKR CRAP. If a manager would like to settle my issue here please text me at 3854016817, and kylee silcott treat your customers with some more respect it's not our fault you have to work at a vape shop. Below I put some photos of the vape which has obvious signs of use on it, and the temper packaging literally was already ripped open which screams someone fucked with it I'm not touching this mother fucker and honestly I'm filing a report with the bbb
