Been about year since I had my jeep worked on here. Every part of the process felt shady and untrustworthy. Parts that were supposed to be brand new weren’t working right when installed so we had to wait even longer for the correct parts to come. They didn’t even care to put it back together correctly, omitting the lower shifter knob boot, and just using gasket sealer on the upper boot instead of replacing the bracket they broke which holds it on. Now, a year later. Transmission is broken again. I now work with mechanics and understand the difficulties of getting things exactly how customers want, but it feels like every corner that can be cut is cut. Would never recommend this shop.

Dr. Jeep and his brother Super Wrench are great guys. I have been struggling with a high idle problem on my JK Wrangler since the end of April/early May. I had done about as many repairs as I knew how to do on the jeep, and there was minimal improvement. The red lightning bolt of death would still come on if it sat at idle for longer than 15 seconds. I took it to a guy close to my house, and they did their best, but the problem continued. I drove 1.5 hours to visit Dr. Jeep today and he and Super Wrench had the problem diagnosied in about 3 minutes, helped me with the solution, and gave me some tips on how to continue to maintain the vehical so that this issue does not happen again. Just terrific guys who know about everything there is to know about Jeeps. If you are within a 100-mile radius and are having issues with your Jeep, these are the guys know how to fix it. 5 out of 5 stars- highly recommend.

It’s very hard to find a mechanic you can trust and when you do, you’ll understand why this place gets five stars from so many people. I’d give them a hundred if I could. This whole family is old school wheelers and I wouldn’t take my Jeeps anywhere else unless it’s an emergency and I’m too far away. Then I’d still take it in to see if it was fixed right. Trust is everything, and this shop earned my trust years ago.
If you’re ever on the trails you’ve probably met them before. A long time ago Russ and Mike helped me out of a tricky situation before I knew who they were and when Russ told me to take my Jeep by the shop and he’d check it out I expected the worst. Turns out my Jeep was solid and he wouldn’t even let me pay him for checking it out. He just said that’s what brothers do. They will always have my business.

Had a great experience at Dr. Jeep today! We recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler and then a soft top from a private seller. We were missing some parts and a lot of know-how on how to put it on properly. Dr. Jeep was recommended to me, so I went down there. Russ and his brother taught me how to put the soft top on, and I was back on the rode 15 minutes later. Russ and his brother were as friendly as can be. I am so grateful for their help. Loved the shop itself, as the lot was filled with Jeeps--some for sale, some being repaired. It's a great place to go if you need a repair, or a part, or some help...or if you just want to see some cool Jeeps. Highly recommend!

Scheduled a showing today saying he’d be there 9-12. I drove an hour to look at a wrangler I was pretty interested in just to have the owner of the dealership drive by and tell us the salesman wasn’t on site and had left. When he called the salesman and asked why he wasn’t there he said Sorry, I totally forgot you were coming and needed to leave for blah blah blah.. Clearly need to revisit their priorities and get more committed employees..What a let down.. Don’t appreciate my time and gas going to waste!

My wife and I bought a Mazda cx5 in 2021 from Russ and his brother. We have had nothing but BAD LUCK with this car. They looked at us in the face and told us the car was in good condition, that it had never been in an accident and had a clean title. Well the title may be clean but we very stupidly trusted them and did not pull the car fax. Come to find out, our car had been in a huge front end collision. They also looked at us in the face and said it does need a new headlight but they aren’t $ a lot of money. The headlight for this type of car was OVER $2000 and they knew this. They lied to us through and through. The explanation we got was they don’t check car fax when they purchase cars. This was a lie that cost us way too much money. Granted it was about 4 years ago, but that dream car of my wife’s is now a burden and the cost to keep trying to fix it is too much. Just check CAR FAX BEFORE purchasing anything from this dealership. Make sure you and your family are not LIED too. We will never do business with these people again. We will NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

We recently test drove a Lexus 330 at Dr Jeep, Michael was very friendly and helpful to a point. That point is that when we took it to our mechanic they did a thorough inspection and found several serious mechanical problems. Which would cost several thousand dollars to repair. When we took the list back to Dr. Jeep they informed us they could do for a thousand dollars. When we pulled onto the lot to test drive there were two mechanics/Techs sitting in front of the shop on their phones doing nothing. We do not recommend Dr. JEEP PERIOD!!

We have been up and down the Salt Lake Valley trying to find somebody to help us with our jeep and all the issues it’s been having. They finally got it all figured out at Dr. Jeep. Thank you Jim!. They gave us a wonderful deal and we’re nothing but honest!
