I would like to give Fusion Networks and Steve a big thumbs up. If you are with Utopia Fiber and want a great service provider. This is the one. Top notch customer service, very personable. Not like the big corporations. I am very happy I chose fusion to take care of my internet needs.

Superb Business!!! We have had the services of Fusion Networks since they began. Every interaction is positive and respectful. Their knowledge and services are phenomenal. They have just transferred us from wireless to Fiber which was a smooth transition. The services they offer continue to benefit our lives. Highly recommend Fusion Networks!

These guys are great to work with. They try to be as un-intrusive as possible and transferred us from wireless to Fiber in a day with very little interruption. I work from home so knowing that this will provide me with even better reliability, I'm excited.

My first interaction with Fusion Networks wasn’t exactly planned — their construction crew accidentally cut my CenturyLink DSL line while installing underground fiber conduit. I reached out to them in desperation after CenturyLink failed to repair their aging copper infrastructure.
Fusion didn’t hesitate. They sent a technician to provide temporary internet access while I figured out a long-term solution. It wasn’t a straightforward setup — I didn’t have a clear line of sight to a repeater — but that didn’t stop them. With creativity and determination, they made it work.
Today, they completed the fiber install — another challenging job. They arrived exactly when promised and worked hard for two solid hours to get me online. The professionalism, problem-solving, and follow-through were outstanding.
I’m singing their praises today. If you’re looking to support honest, hardworking people who go above and beyond, I can’t recommend Fusion Networks enough.

I work from home so I need reliable service. In the past 4 years of working from home, using Fusion, it has gone down only two times that I can remember and it was only for 5-10 minutes max, either time. I have very rarely been streaming and had it buffer during the show. We have been very satisfied with this company.

Steve was very helpful and kind with setting up my Wi-Fi from fusion. He even came to my house when I had an issue with the set up. I highly recommend this fiber internet company.

Fusion internet is great, downtimes are few and far between and fixed very quickly, and Steve has been amazing with customer service. He responds quickly and personally to any issues and service requests. Awesome company and highly recommended!!!

Just got fusion as my provider and they have been so easy to work with and incredibly helpful. They were even able to take a support call on a Sunday night when my Internet went (my fault). Great company and great customer service.
