I live out of state and my daughter is a college student in Provo. Her jeep cherokee was leaking coolant so she took it in to a place that told her she needed a new engine and it would cost her 10k. The jeep isn’t worth that much and we weren’t about to put 10k into a new engine so we had decided to put it up for sale and get a little money out of it for parts. Then a friend highly recommended Eric at Queen Bee, and convinced us to take it to him for another opinion.
I am so glad we did!!! Eric was amazing! He ran every test and found it was only a small $300 fix to a thermostat! ??
He even gives students a discount!

“Super honest! My elderly mother’s check engine oil light came on claiming oil change was needed. Another place had not reset the oil change light correctly.
Oil Changers reset the light for the correct mileage and brought up tire pressures for free.
They could have just done the oil change. But they were honest and upfront. Excellent”
“Simon greeted me as soon as I pulled up and helped check me in for an emissions inspection. I made him aware of a problem I was having with my wiper blades. He told me he’d take a look at it. He did the inspection and fixed my wiper blades and didn’t charge me. This is the kind of customer service that you just don’t see now days. 5 star + from me.
The young man who helped me with the payments of service was so kind and patient. Sadly I didn’t get his name (young tall fellow with curly dark hair and glasses). He talked me through each charge patiently and stopping to ask if I had any questions. He walked me to my car and even helped me get my registration sticker off and apply it to the plate.

“My husband and I were headed out of town when we realized our headlight was out. We went and picked up the bulb, but we needed someone to help with changing it out. I called to see if this was something Castro could do and they told me to bring it in and they would give me an estimate on how long it would take. Stressed and on a timeline, I was worried we would be there for awhile, given that we were bringing our car in with no notice. The techs were so helpful and got us in and out in 30 minutes. Such a lifesaver! Now we’re on the road without any worries of getting a ticket or having to drive at night with limited lighting. So grateful for the wonderful and quick service.”

We came in for a simple oil change, but they went way above and beyond. Even though it’s not something they normally do, Hector noticed we were in a really tough situation oil had sprayed all over the engine because there was no cap and he jumped in to help. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to clean up as much of the mess as he could.
It’s rare to find service this genuine and caring. Huge thank you to Hector and the crew for helping us out when we needed it most! Highly recommend!”

“I forgot to ask his name but whoever was working on 12/02/23 is awesome! Google said they close at 5 when on Saturdays they actually close at 4. I pulled up right at 4 for an emissions inspection and registration renewal. He said they're closed but it's not a big deal, and he got me taken care of right then and there! Dude is a legend and deserves a raise for going above and beyond when I'm sure he was ready to be done for the day!”
