“My parents asked me to have some slides digitized. They included pictures of my dad’s mission to Toronto in the late 1960’s and then some family and vacation photos through around the mid 1970’s.I compared prices with those I found online and decided I felt much better having a local company do the job as the cost seemed very comparable and a few of the online places seemed like there would be additional hidden costs added and I wasn’t comfortable sending these irreplaceable family treasures through the mail.Before going into the shop, I called to ask about prices and a timeline. That experience and the three times I went into Snelson’s, I was greeted with friendly employees who were knowledgeable and thoroughly answered my questions. The digitized photos were copied onto my own flash drive and the job was complete a couple of days earlier than expected.The slides were well-cared for and came back in the same condition I left them. The digitized images are high quality and didn’t disappoint. My parents are thrilled with the results have spent hours looking at the pictures and reminiscing. They’ve shared many new stories prompted by the photos that I’ve never heard before. “Last year we printed a banner for our YouTube channel background and were very pleased with the entire service experience: speed, quality, price. We decided to change out our background and give ourselves a couple of options while recording our YouTube videos, so we visited the store once again. The special in-store price was still available, so we ordered two banners. They were printed quickly (in two business days) and on a canvas of higher quality than the paper they used last year. What a pleasant surprise. We are so pleased and excited to have these. Also, it was so convenient having the store in Walmart while we were there doing other shopping as well. We will certainly plan to visit again in the future.”

“I had been going to Fed Ex in Spanish Fork for years because I didn't think Jmart could help me. After a dear friend told me he moved over to Jmart from Fed Ex, I did too, a few months ago. Fed Ex is a quick alternative in a bind, but I've not been happy with them for a while after one of the senior counter people was rude to not only me but a poor young co-worker in front of me, It was weird and awkward, and I felt really bad for the poor kid. That aint my jam! The ladies at the front desk at Jmart are always polite and efficient. And the prices are either comparable to Fed Ex or less. The work they do is fantastic.
I have been so happy with my prints made at Jmart. They have a nice new building and its easy and quick. I will continue to go there. They do good work.”

“Would give 10 stars if I could! I had a large, unwieldy package that I needed to ship out and I was carrying it and my sleeping baby in his car seat. A tall young man jumped to help me as soon as I came in, taking the package and taping the label on for me. I was in and out within 3 minutes. Thank you very much young sir!”
