I don’t tend to leave negative reviews unless I believe they are deserved. Hopefully this review can help others or at least make this pharmacy better. There have been times when I have gone to get prescriptions that were prescribed that same day and they don’t have them in and I need to come back the next day. This isn’t that big of a deal but would be nice that they had more readily available medications so I could get them as soon as I leave the doctors office. But because this had happened a couple times before, the last prescription I had sent there I waited 3 days to pick it up. When I went to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready and that they wouldn’t be able to get that prescription so I had to go elsewhere. It was the weekend so my doctors office was closed so I asked if they could just send the prescription elsewhere but they weren’t able to. Therefore I had to wait till Monday to have the doctor send it somewhere else.
Several things is frustrating with this. 1. As soon as they realized they wouldn’t be able to acquire the prescription I needed they should have called my drs office and told them or at least called me and told me. But they didn’t, there was no communication whatsoever on their part. 2. When I left frustrated they had someone call me and apologize for the lack of communication which is great but still not helpful. She said she would contact my Dr office for me but that wasn’t much help because it was closed till Monday. 3. If this had been a medication that I needed asap I would have ended up waiting a week to get it due to their negligence in communication.
This is the most convenient and closest pharmacy to me but I now refuse to go there because there have been too many times when I have left feeling frustrated that I didn’t get to pick up the medication I needed.

Primary reasons for 3 stars.
1. Price: I picked up some Fluoxetine 10mg tablets for my dog $28, I thought that seemed high, I looked it up on Goodrx, Walmart $4, Walgreens $10, Chewy $2.70!!! I understand the larger companies have better buying power. But 90% less for Chewy! This caused me to look up my last prescription, that they couldn't get to go through my insurance. Its for headaches, Their cost $36, Walmart $20 Walgreens $25. No help on insurance other than call them...
2. Online and automated systems are lacking.
I like the staff, and the drive through. Location is great, but not 1000% better as the pricing would suggest. Not sure ill be back, other than maybe rush situations due to illness.

They were really nice to me great customer service and did nothing but help me when ibwas in a bind. Nice people.

They were very nice! Waived the $20 fee for my compound medicine. Was ready for pick up when they said it would be.

Nice staff. Wish they had better hours. If you go through Revere Health and have this pharmacy as your default, they will sometimes send it to the nearest Walgreens.

Multiple times, they haven't received the prescription. Then I have to come back later. I come for the drive thru, but this is easily the 3rd time when they tell me they don't have anything from my doctor.?

I always have the greatest experience every time I visit this pharmacy. Last time the staff offered to cover $0.75, I was short. Instead of letting me use my credit card for that small amount. I thought it was very nice of them, as this type of thing doesn't really happen that often. Next time I went to pick up my prescription, I replenished their change box. I know that will help the next customer too.

Everyone is nice here and it’s great cause it’s close. But it seems like every other time they don’t carry the medicine we need so we waste time trying instead of going to payson Walmart or smiths.
