They never answer their phone. They deliver the packages to the wrong address. They take my package with my home address to the post offices.

The Three Stooges would've done a better job delivering the package. The driver, dispatched from this location, was supposed to deliver a time-sensitive and important medical device to my elderly father, at his residential home in Monroe, Utah. Instead, he delivered the package to a freaking cattle yard in Central, Utah, several miles away. He then had the audacity to report to UPS that the package was delivered to the "correct" address.Fortunately, the business owner was diligent enough to track us down and let us know that UPS screwed up.I tried calling UPS and tried accessing their online website, but it was like getting stuck in an endless loop. I finally reached a live person after deliberately entering an incorrect tracking number, and they opened an investigation, which takes 8 days! Did I mention this is time-sensitive and a medical device for a senior citizen?UPS has now placed themselves at the very bottom of the barrel, when it comes to shipping companies. I cannot recommend them anymore, but especially this Utah dispatch center, where their drivers are apparently careless...

Their measly 90-minute window for "Customer Service" each day in person, because you simply can't talk to a real person on the phone, is a revealing testament to their commitment to actual Customer Service. Having claimed they "delivered" my package to to USPS office "front desk" which closes EVERY day 3 hours before their claimed delivery. On top of that, they also claimed to have obtained a "signature" upon their so-called delivery. The sole USPS employee, upon hearing the UPS recording claiming all this, turned to me and asked " Delivered at 3:18? I close everyday at Noon. Who signed for it?" Good question UPS! 48 hours after bringing all this to their attention, not a word from them.

Appreciate that this option exists. But I really wish drivers would slow down. We live in an apartment complex with a tight parking lot, and lots of young children. Drivers fly through here. Way too fast that even if an adult was walking across, they could get hit. Let alone these little ones. I’ve tried to call and report it but trying to actually reach anyone on their system is ridiculous.

I love Salina UPS. It's stars above others. Staff is very considerate and meets my needs almost every time, and I don't think it's due to Salina. If my shipment goes through Salina, I have no problems. Also, when I get the chance to see them in person, they're very friendly and helpful. I give them a solid 4.99999.

We'd never had problems with this location for the last 7 years until recently. The UPS drivers were great until they hired a new guy.Our address in a GPS takes the UPS drivers to the West side of our building which has been closed (same school building, same address, its just not being used). However, the drivers before drove an extra 150 feet to deliver packages to the East side of the school because they knew where we were.They just hired a new guy who refuses to drive the extra 150 feet to deliver the packages to us. He changed the address on 4 packages and delivered them to a different location associated with our school district because he claimed he didnt know where we were. I called the 800 number and explained where we are and how to get to our part of the building, and they had someone from this facility call me back. She was great and completely understanding. She assured me the package would be delivered the next day and she would explain to the driver where we are located. She gave me their direct number in Salina if it happened again so she could take care of it. However, the next day he marked it as undelivable as addressed again and took it back to the UPS facility.As instructed, I called the facility directly to let them know it happened again and the 2nd person I talked to had no interest in helping us get this package. She just gave me a bunch of lame excuses as to why the UPS drivers were confused and unable to deliver the package a 150 from the area where the GPS takes them. I got right back on her case and she hung up on me. We haven't received any deliveries from them since and are still battling with them.

I always get boxes halfway opened or fully opened and missing items. They're never open and don't have a direct line to talk to someone.

I ordered a ps5 and got next day shipping. Today the package was marked out for delivery. I’ve been home all day waiting next to the window. Then I get an email saying “looks like your oaxkahe was attempted to be delivered by ups but you weren’t home! Sorry we missed you.” Now it’s not getting here till the 01st!!!! I have a security camera and 10000000% NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE. The phone number listed for this center is the general 1800 customer service number so you cannot talk to anyone at the local store. I had to have my choice to request a call. Their customer service said sorry they would contact the driver to see why the attempt was not made abs call me back to get my package. I have not heard back at all! So they straight up told Sony they attempted to deliver my package to appear like they are shipping as fast as they should for the service paid for when in reality they did not attempt to deliver anything and are just being lazy because it’s a small town. Holiday isn’t until Monday***Update*** after finally speaking to someone who could look further into the situation, there was a website issue causing incorrect messages to be sent out. My item is still set to arrive and she spoke with the driver. I can’t in good faith leave a 1 star review as the web issues are not the delivery drivers fault. The woman I spoke to from Salina was very sweet and helpful and concerned.

Worst most unorganized i paid extra for priority, the mail was only going 2 hours. 2 HOURS!! Away an they lost it 3 times took so far 4 days when i paid for next day??? Do NOT use them horrible an horrible help trying to figure it out an where it is use USPS never had issues

Ups is complete trash please use anyone else to ship your packages I'd rate 0 stars if I could
