212 is the best. I've worked out at other gyms and tried doing my own thing, but nothing has compared. The workouts are great, the trainers are all awesome, and the community has been very inviting. The total package!

BEST DECISION I've made in a long time! 212 Fitness is the perfect place to help you live your best life. My wife and I both joined a little over five months ago and it has been amazing. I feel stronger, more flexible, and weight is coming off at a very healthy pace. I love fitness and the team at 212 delivers a program that is on point! My kids train there as well and they love it. We love Josiah and his team for all the extra effort they put into every detail. The community is the friendliest I have ever trained with. I joined 212 because my core was so neglected I could barely work two days without my back going out. The staff at 212 helped me with my goals right out of the gate and 6 months in my back hasnt gone out and I feel excellent. The staff is very personable and I'm so happy to have them in my corner!

The detail and hard work of these coaches is the best in the valley. It is very obvious that these coaches care for each and everyone of us and put a lot of time and effort into creating safe and beneficial workout plans. If you are looking for an environment to create fitness goals and follow a detailed plan to achieve them, look no further. Could not give higher props to the team!

I joined this gym almost 1 year ago after doing some research and completing a trial run at a couple different places. My previous gym was also class-based, but it was more HIIT focused. I have found 212 to be the perfect balance for me. The classes are diverse and interesting. There are strength days and days which focus more on cardio and intensity. The instructors are enthusiastic and they are very good about giving pointers and making sure your technique is correct. I have also found other gym members to be good, supportive people and there is a cool sense of community at this gym, where there is voluntary participation in fund raisers and activities outside the gym.

One of my best decisions of the year is to join 212 Fitness. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating, and the participants are fun and welcoming. I especially love the small group classes and team environment. Qualified trainers lead the workouts and give hands-on feedback, adjustments during the exercises, and just the right amount of encouragement. I've only been at 212 for two months, and I can visibly see my energy levels increase and my body composition improve.

I’ve loved my time at 212. Josiah, Jamie and all the coaches make this place so special. The coaches know exactly what to say to motivate me in the workouts. They bring all their knowledge and expertise without the toxic gym culture. Beyond their expertise in fitness, the 212 coaches have created a great community for me. I’ve met some wonderful people and the class feels more like a family. Before 212, I didn’t enjoy going to the gym. After a year at 212, I’ve lost 30 lbs. and couldn’t be happier. 212 IS THE BEST!!!

212 has been the best decision I've made since moving to SLC. I always look forward to class and feel amazing when I leave. Everyone was very welcoming and motivating when I started. In just a few months I see a big change in my energy levels, I've gained strength, fit better in my clothes and have more confidence to establish more aggressive fitness goals in the coming year. This is the perfect gym. Josiah and Austin are very personable and create an atmosphere of fun and healthy competition. The workouts can be tailored to any skill level--it doesn't matter if you're just getting started or if you're looking for a new challenge. Bonus: the people who work out at 212 are very nice and you'll make new friends!

I joined the 212 team about 3 years ago. They taught me the “right” way to workout. The workouts have changed my body for the better. I’m 64 and feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. 212 isn’t just a gym but we feel like a family. 212 Fitness is the best!!!

This is the place if you want to be a well balanced athlete late in life. Power, strength, and endurance achieved in this gym will give your sports the lift that you can’t achieve by only doing the sport! If you strive to lessen back pain it will do that too. There’s no replacement for strength and once you have it you never want to lose it. It’s awesome!
