For the majority of my life we had always been evicted. We had always dealt with the turmoils that had transpired over the years. As did allot people. I didn’t recognize that until I began residing here at Lattice apartments. When hard time seem to find me again, I was here at Lattice. Afraid of being evicted and having to relive allot those moments. A nostalgia that I couldn’t fathom mentally. Approaching the property manager felt as all the other times, I was just expecting the same result. Explaining to Mrs. Alehi, only to be stopped. She recognized me, and understood the struggles I had endured, not only from life but in that moment. She didn’t just throw my situation away. She helped me find away. She worked to help me keep my place. I could lose any thing tomorrow, but what I will always take with me is that chance that was given to me. From the right people. That’s finding and recognizing your place. Even if that means being evicted. Thank you Mrs. Alehi, and Thank you to the Property owners here at Lattice Apartments. Come to Lattice, where your apartment is more then just your space. It can be-your forever or your beginning. But they’re here.

The cock roaches are everywhere, and they keep coming into my apartment, there nice apartments but don't live on the bottom floor because cock roaches keep coming in and it is actually terrifying. They have sprayed several times but they are still coming in I've cleaned up and made it smell good and they keep coming in. They definitely have a roach problem there are roaches outside when I take my dog out. I've come home and had a roach in my bed. Definitely don't live on the bottom floor. It's terrifying and I'm afraid to sleep or even walk across the floor to go to the bathroom. I definitely would recommend living somewhere else if you want more space and no roaches. Another than that there pretty ok. Alehi the apartment manger is always so sweet and nice I love her I give her 5 stars, but other things one.

There has been drilling inside the building past 10 pm creating very loud sounds for the residents. Very impossible to sleep with the noise level coming. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. Great view from 13th though which is where I might sleep if the drilling continues.
Leasing office hours are suggestions - it was closed on Saturday with no notice at door or warning. I am currently waiting for it to open at 9 and again no one is here.

I’ve lived at Lattice for about 8 months and I LOVE it. Management is so kind and professional and the leasing agents are so helpful. It’s in a great location and the 13th floor is so fun!

Alehi has been the sweetest office manager to myself, my partner and our dog Ash. Everyday when we see her, weather we are coming home or leaving, she always greets us with a smile on her face. She’s honestly Ash’s favorite person to see when I take him out. She’s always been helpful and if she doesn’t have the answer to an issue we are dealing with, she’ll go out of her way to find you one. Thank you for being so awesome and understanding Alehi. We appreciate you!!!

Lattice is the very place I’ve been able to call my home, and I’m not disappointed, Alehi is one of the most kindest person I’ve ever meet always takes time to say hi to me and says bye and makes me feel very welcomed at home!! The maintenance for lattice is AMAZING! They are efficient and anlways on time! Juan is very helpful and explains everything I’ll need to know about the issues I’m experiencing! Thank you to the lattice team for always making sure we are taking care of!!

Stayed at an air bnb here. Not only was the facility beautiful, it is safe. Even though the management has NOTHING to do with the airbnbs here, Logan still went above and beyond to assist us with an issue that we were having. So thankful we found this place. Recommend to anyone visiting!

Rented an airbnb here for 14 days. The airbnb unit itself is spacious. Apartment is spotless. Building has many other airbnbs...which impacts the "community vibe" they are trying to sell you. The truth is that there is zero community vibe. The gym and 13 floor amenities are lovely but empty (giving it a creepy vibe). Security is a concern since there are many homeless in the neighborhood. Overall the unit is nice but neighborhood not very walkable. Everyone in SLC has cars anyways. Randomly on one of the nights, 3 security cars showed up at 2am outside the front door of the building (no clue why, but they woke me up which startled me).

The Air Conditioning here is dreadful. The maintenance team “fixed” my AC on and off for my first 3 months living here before they finally could get it working. It worked for a month and a half and has stopped working again. Anytime a maintenance team comes, they say that everything is running fine, but it never lasts.
When I asked to break my lease under the terms outlined, I have been rejected over and over again because they have been “working on a solution” and because they’ve been “working on it” I haven’t been given grounds to leave. All I ask is that they let me move out and they won’t allow it.
Temporary solutions that never last is all I have experienced. The staff is wonderful and I wish they operated a different location with a nice building. They have always been great, but the building itself is a nightmare. Don’t live here unless you love the heat.

Well maintained with top-notch amenities, including meeting spaces. Management is readily accessible and adept at maintaining cleanliness and upkeep. Plus, it boasts a prime location.
