I was just there today and I had the store somehow charge me $120 after having used my cash app card for around 35 dollars worth of gas… after filling my tank I walked into the store and asked for a receipt due to the fact that there was no receipt paper in the machine. I’m really confused about hire this happened my first theory was that my card got hijacked on accident. What do you think. Please let me know. Btw the 120$ charge was pending along with my 30 something dollar charge for gas.. and when I noticed this I immediately blocked the merchant on my account and notified the attendant. And by the time he acknowledged me the money had been returned in my account. . Please message with any theories or opinions. I suspect a scam.

Not open 24/7 like the door says, always lo kex when i need gas at 2 am because i work overnight delivery. They have gone really downhill. From having rude employees to a shit ton of homeless people crowding the door. It's ridiculous! Do not come here! -12/10!!!

Don't buy e cigarettes here I was trying to quit smoking and the app had a coupon for juul device plus 4 pod packs 15 dollars so I decided to give it a try I get home and open it to find staples in all the pod packs where the pod packs should be I spentore than I would have on cigarettes and it was the last of my budget and now I'm broke they won't return it even though obviously they accepted a return of it because I doubt the manufacturer sent it that way and I'm very upset you can't trust gas stations and e cigarette products don't fall for coupons they are probably trying to pawn fake merchandise they accepted I wish I hadn't but the lesson won't be forgotten

This is the worst gas station I’ve ever lived by. At any given time they have one or more pumps broken. The pumps are filthy and fling apart. It looks like it’s never cleaned and the owners only do the bare minimum to keep it going. If it wasn’t the closest one to my house and in such a convenient location I wouldn’t go there at all.

The man that usually works there is very rude and often speaks on his headset while processing your purchase and just ignores you when you speak to him making you have to repeat yourself several times. I try to avoid going to this location but this is the closest gas station to my house so I end up going there more often than I would like. I have found that the security tag on the gas pumps are often not secure and have been tampered with. I went in to inform him of this issue and I had to repeat myself several times because he could not understand English and then he just ended up telling me that he couldn't go out and check. I can confidently say that he is incompetent and has zero customer service skills.

How to stop for gas on the way home to Utah county. Pedro deserves a 5 star review usually when I walk into a store at 5 o'clock in the morning And it's slow the employee Doesn't seem to have that great work ethic or keep a clean store Like Pedro does his his great customer service and smile Can make someone's whole day And that's a rare quality So is the way I walk in and he's doing work that needs to be dthe bathroom was Very cleanHe wasn't sitting down the counter on his phone like most Do and I don't go out of my way to leave reviews for people but I felt like I had to hear because I just stood out to me

The cashier didn't want to sell me beer because I didn't have an American ID. I feel like it's a lack of discrimination anywhere in the world. I've heard that they won't sell it to you because you're from another country. You have to have an American ID. How crazy is this? I wanted to show him my passport and he said no, what a lack of respect, besides that the cashier was not even American, he has Indian features.

I visited the 7/11 on 780s 900w Salt Lake City, Utah 84104 on Saturday, September 16, 2023. I accidentally purchased a wrong 6ft cable (Lightening Cable) for $22. When trying to return it for another, the clerk said “no” in broken English. I asked to speak to his manager. He called the manager and was directed to give me a credit return, but he didn’t know how to do it. He fiddled with the machine and tried to return the amount to my card, but was unsuccessful. He also didn’t know how to give me a receipt. I would like to get my money back as soon as possible. I also think it would help if employees knew how to perform basic job functions and spoke English.
