I’ve been to this store yesterday and i must say it was my one of the best experience on a 7eleven store as it was quite clean and the food they made taste’s good and was fresh which isn’t the case on most of such stores, top of everything the employee who was working there, he is a very sweet person. i had a great interaction with him.

06/26/24They fixed everything the ice machine is empty. Surely cooling it down. They waited for me to save money on the app. Good worker that’s the reason I gave four stars. Nice fellow. Very helpful.

The Ice is melted. $3.59 for half bag of cold water.
Now it’s freaking hot yeah and the bldg is south facing.
I am certain there’s a penny pincher or two in this franchise ownership. Other than ice overcharge and underserved the rewards is a joke
They scream by that option. No saving for you. I see the save $2 come up for a blip and think hey that would help GONE. No option.
I can whine and have them bring the screen up but not to be…
So my points just gather.
Another thing is the selling of cigs that are not in production any longer. And I know being I hit every sale of Boost by #Newport
in the winter of 23. Liquidated all over the valley.
If you buy them from 711 who isn’t suposed to have them on the shelf they charge full price for old dusty smokes. (Actually the boost pod makes them freshish still) .
The pressures of the American consumer and its societal constraints are a difficult squeeze. But forgetting customer service and most of all quality will veer me west to the store on State and 17th.

I went over to grab some drinks and some pizza today. Sunday, February 25th, at about 8:30. the cashier was stuck on a phone call the entire time and did not acknowledge at least 5 people that came in at the same time I did. The grill food was absolutely disgusting. The 2 pieces of pizza I decided to buy have probably been sitting in the heater for well over 2 hours. It was so burnt and stuck to the cardboard slice package, secondly, I did not receive the proper price on body armor for 2 for 5 I was charged over $8. And the entire time the cashier would not let me put in my member number for the discounts. This location is honest, little God terrible at 8 o'clock 29 o'clock. You should have your grill still rumble and pretty good because they don't shut it down till at least 10 and almost every location. I've been to save yourself to trouble. Do not go to this one because the service is absolute garbage.

I went to this location last night to put money on my cash app so I can pay my storage unit today this morning and cash app says this location is a place I can add paper money to my account. All he has to do is scan my barcode, and then I give them my cash, the guy that was working last night refused to do it for me and said he didn’t he can’t do it and was very rude. I’m also going to complain with Cash App on this.

When I walked in, the employees were teaching a customer Punjabi, which was pretty cool. Both the employees and the customer were laughing and sharing culture, talking about each of their home countries. The store itself was very clean and organized and I was able to find what I was looking for very quickly. The fresh food section looked fresh and well maintained and the food itself was fresh too. I was there at around mid afternoon. Pretty chill experience overall.

The absolute rudest and most inconsiderate store clerk’s here right now - especially night shift. Maybe owner can’t afford decent help. The economy and job market is doing well currently - if you don’t like your jobs I’m sure you can find something else. Come during the late morning / mid day and you’ll find the same super negative vibe from the dude working. Sorry you don’t like your jobs guys.

worse 711 in town! every time i come to this location he has a sign on the door saying he will be back in 5 minutes. i really think he meant 55 minutes. skip this stop everyone. unless you have time to wait 55 minutes.
