This store is a JOKE!!! New owners took over on 12/1/24 and it has gone downhill ever since. They never have coffee (fresh or stale) in the mornings. They don’t order creamer, stir sticks, etc. They are even out of coke and Diet Coke fountain drinks and have been for days. They replaced the entire staff, with the exception of one employee. All of the new people are rude and act extremely put out by having to wait on customers. This store used to be friendly and reliable and now it’s the exact opposite. We miss Hom (the old owner), his brother and their staff so much!

The older Asian employee shouldn't be working in any customer service position. He's very rude and told me he will be charging me for ICE!!!! That's right... my own cup... my own drink... He wants money for the ice alone... never has any seven eleven charged me for ice.... and it's not everyone it's just me... cuz he was having a bad day and trying to take it out on customers....
Wow 7v!!! You can employ better!!!

THIEVES!!! I stopped in to get some snacks and I was charged $5 more than I was quoted at the register. I tried talking with the staff and they claimed I got $5 in cash back and refused to help me. I’ve reported it to my bank and urge no one to come here. They are dishonest, thieves. I doubt this was a one time occurrence.

I hate this place I bought a roblox gift card and when I got home it didn’t work don’t ever come here and the guy that attend me was in a bad mood why even bother to come to work if your gonna be in a bad mood.

Occasionally the glass is boarded up. Welcome to Glendale! The owner knows me by first name. Been going here a long time. Smaller, convenient, no gasoline pumps.

711 experiences are not really notable IMO. If you are remembering anything about your experience it is probably negative, let's be real here. So 711 can take it as a positive review when j say I honestly don't remember this specific visit. I swear it's a good thing.
