Everyone! Pay attention to the price of whatever it is your buying from this 711. It use to be my go to. Until I started noticing them charging me more for the same item I bought a few days earlier at a different 711. The latest was I got charged 9$ for there pepperoni pizza last night! It is advertised every where for $5.55. Also I belive I witnessed a after hour alcohol sale)) Please just pay attention or just go to a different 711

My issue with this sev is that there is a power mongering night worker named April. She banned me from the store for no valid reason and is pretty rough on customers in general. I saw her scream at a lady not to go inside until she herself was I there (she appears to live out of her car., Where she spends a lot of her time during shift.) This is not at all a critique of homeless people; members of my family have been homeless. Great location and I love that it is open 24/7, though.

This has happened to me the last three times I've stopped at this convenience store. There has been nobody at the checkout. Twice I've had to say hello quite loudly for somebody to finally come and ring up my items. I went in there this morning, same thing. Yelled hello, they said I'll help you in a little bit. Never come over. So I left. Nothing convenient about this convenience store. Have given the store more than enough chances. I will continue to use the holiday across the street.

Sad to give this store 1 star because I live across the street from it and have been coming here almost daily for 3+ years now... But my experience this morning was bad enough to overshadow every positive interaction I've ever had here... For whatever reason, the overnight employee decided from the moment I arrived that she hated me, and she made that VERY clear. While she treated other customers with respect and courtesy, I was met with hostility and aggression. She followed me around and nitpicked small things I did... But if that weren't unprofessional enough, when I went to the bathroom, she was so mad that she stopped ringing up other customers and chased after me, screaming that I wasnt allowed to use the restroom because I didn't ask for her permission. Keep in mind this is a restroom I've ALWAYS been able to use, no matter the time of day/night, without needing permission... And she allowed multiple other customers to use the restroom just a few minutes before me. But for whatever reason when I needed to use it, she thought it was appropriate to start screaming obscenities ABOUT me TO the other customers in the store, and then call the police on me for subs reason, despite me doing NOTHING illegal, or even disruptive/deserving of her cruel treatment. I've never been as embarrassed, humiliated, demeaned, or poorly treated by an employee of ANY establishment as I was by this lady today, and unfortunately her behavior has overshadowed YEARS of positive experiences at this store.

The employee named April is power hungry and unstable she has called the police on several costumers and freaks out constantly she can not be reasoned with she needs to be fired she can’t be allowed to keep harassing people
