Dylan at Caliber Collision was awesome to work with. His customer service and attention to our needs was outstanding. The work that they did exceeded my expectation, and I almost did not recognize the vehicle after they were done. I would recommend anyone to this business if they are in need of autobody repair.

I have used this location a couple of times and they’ve always done great work. Most recently I brought my car here after a different caliber location had done subpar work. Dylan listened to our concerns, looked very carefully at the car at the things we had noticed that did not look right, and he noticed several things we did not. He absolutely honored Caliber’s warranty and had his location redo the repairs properly. I now have confidence that the car, that was brand new when it was hit, has been repaired to a high standard with all safety features intact. The staff at this location is friendly, helpful, and very professional.
No one ever wants to need a body shop, but if and when we do, this is where we’ll go.

The best experience I’ve had with repairs on a car. They finished my car earlier than expected, and kept me updated everyday by texts. The customer service with Nolan was amazing and he went above and beyond expectations.
