They are either not thorough enough with inspections or they know the condition of the cars they’re selling and they’re banking on someone being uneducated and timid.
this is kind of long and I’m extremely upset.
We recently lost our dad and my mom decided to take us out to pick out more reliable vehicles as one last gift from him. She explained our situation to the sales rep named “Lucky” and he showed us a Chevy Trax with lower miles.
This man hops in, turns the car on, blasts the radio. He left it blasting as he got out and stepped away to let my mom into the drivers seat. The way he did it, my gut said something was wrong.
My dad and youtube have taught me a moderate amount about cars and what to look for, I’ve fixed mine too many times.
I blasted the AC and slid under the car with my flashlight just to check it out.
My sister mentions that the AC wasn’t working, he said “it needs a few minutes”. It had been on full blast for 5 minutes minimum. They waited a while longer and it still was scorching hot. He said they’d fix it- ok cool.
I’m looking underneath the car and the drivers side CV Axel was damaged and before i get the chance to mention anything-
My mom notices that the check engine light is on. She asked the rep what that was about and he pointed at the TPMS light and said that it was just the tire pressure sensor. Which she corrected him and pointed to the check engine light.
he repeatedly said everything was fine and he checks over every car.
She asked if he was sure because they can bring it to autozone real quick so they can use an OBD2 scanner to check. Oh, but he has one, he’s already done that.
She said “absolutely, let’s go get it”
He immediately back tracked.
Mm, let’s go check out this subaru outback instead.
The entire time being extremely condescending, but nice enough to think he’s going to get a sale out of this.
As he comes back with the keys he tells me and my little sisters “girls- go inside. there is water and it is cool in there. I will ride alone with your mom.”
My mom was kind of taken aback and said “no. these vehicles are for the girls. i am paying for them, but ultimately it’s up to the girls to decide which vehicle they want. there’s no reason they should be left behind while we test drive it.”
He just dismisses it and says it’s just to show her around.
-okay? so you can let us all go to test drive this chevy trax, but not this outback. divide and conquer? maybe to distract from any issues with the car?
Anyway, we pile into this outback and he asks if we like Jeeps. He had one that would be perfect and he wanted to show us when we got back.
“take your time! drive around and see how you feel about it.”
-we didn’t go far, just around the block. Basically, discussing how off putting the entire interaction was and deciding that this dealership was not it.
We drive back AND HE IS JUMPING THIS JEEP. That’s why he told us to take our time.

I wish there is 0 stars but unfortunately there is not.1 is way to good for this dealership!
Owner stole from former employees tools worth lot of money that worked for this dealership and owner for last 14 years.
Also, the owner was paying him under minimum wage for the last 14 years.
Once he got sick,he fired him and stole his tool's.Just to let everybody know from what kind of dealership you are potentially buying from and what kind of owner he is as a person.
He stole from the guy that has cancer, by the way.Disqusting!

Stay Away as Far as Possible From This Place. They’re scumbags, they Lie, cheat, and don’t care for anyone. I went to check out a vehicle, Josh the salesman/manager said the car ran great and passed emission and everything, went on a ride with he’s stinking as. First of the car was missing a bolt on front tire, unaligned, leaking oil, battery as old as my grandma about 30 minutes later I took it for a spin again straight to my mechanic and has a catalytic and suspension Problem!! When I go back to return their junk they acted like deer in headlights and still have the audacity to ask me if want to browse for another vehicle lmaoo ridiculous

I just want to say they were very helpful and Josh was awesome . they really take care of there customer. I've always been against dealerships but they really blew me away by how real they are . Treated me like a person not just another buyer. I definitely recommend them.

Josh was really great to work with! He answered all of my questions about the jeep I bought and was fun to chat with. The jeep runs well and the dealership said if I ever had problems with it to take it back to them and they'll take a look at it.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIPI have never wrote a review until now but it needs to be said!I needed a reliable car for my son. Yes it was cheap but I was told it ran great.It was falling apart within a week.We took it back in and traded up, a little more money but I though if it is reliable it will be ok. The check engine and ABS lights were on, they "fixed" it and said it was repaired. By the time we got it home the lights were back on and it was limping!! He said "dont worry" bring it back we will fix it. So I got a read out of the errors, took it in, said these are the codes its throwing! Same thing...within 20 miles lights back on, smelled like gas and in limp mode again! No way it could have passed emissions, so I took it in myself to see. And it didn't! When I went back and said I want my $$ back he refused. Less then 2 weeks and he had it half the time "fixing" it. Its a joke and now I have to follow up with the M.V.E.D and the County to fight for my money back. What he is doing is not right.

I bought a bmw about not even a month ago and he asked for $2000 down didn’t even get to drive it and he guaranteed me it was good and I asked multiple times if I can drive it he just gave me the paperwork. Then at the end of all of it he hits me with I can’t take the car because it has problems right wait a week for it and when I finally get it the car is the same check engine light on and won’t go past 40 I came back about 2-3 more time he said he fixed it again and again and it’s all a lie he’s a SCAMMMM he doesn’t care about you he is friendly at first then rude he won’t give me my money back and it saying the car is my problem

I asked Ali (the owner) to help me find a blacked out Mustang GT. I gave him a down payment and the details of what features I wanted in the car. He informed me it would take at least a month to find it. He found the car in 2 weeks!! I was immediately impressed with his work and I am more than pleased with my purchase. Great place, great people. Highly suggest Access Auto for anyone looking for a great used car and high quality service!
