Bought a house recently and just had the team from Advanced Window Products come out and install all brand new windows in the house.
They did such an amazing job with their work. They were so kind and professional!
I have already felt such a huge different in the master bedroom. When the sun is shining through, it’s not as hot in our room. Makes a huge difference!
Very much recommend them for all your window needs! Thank you all so much!

First, originally loved the service. Appreciated the lifetime warranty. However...when I did have a warranty issue, I was told repeatedly that they couldn't find my account, but they would look for it...and until I called with my customer account, I was not in the system.
Ok. Deep breath. Someone was supposed to call me. No...they didn't. Eventually, I called back, paperwork in hand. I told them about my warranty issue, I was immediately transferred to my original salesman, Todd. He initially answered politely. He was apparently in a customer's kitchen and had to step away. Fair. I understood.
In the moment of being on hold, I found an unexpected surprise left my my dog, so when he came back to the phone, I said, hang on! I need a second as I grabbed a paper towel. And he immediately, without patience, started to demand why I was calling him while he was with a customer.
First, I WAS a customer, and I was transferred to HIM. So, I'm not sure how I was expected to understand his wearabouts.
I tried to explain first that I needed half a moment to recover from the unexpected surprise that was between my toes, but I couldn't get any words in. He was yelling at me from the moment our calls were connected.
I attempted to explain that I was transferred to him, but hardly got through my sentence. He screamed at me to know why I called him...I got out"I was tr" before he yelled, "DO YOU NEED SERVICE?" And I matched his tone, "YES!" And he yelled back that he "has a family to feed and doesn't have to put up with this bullshit!" and hung up on me. Todd wouldn't let me get a word in. I didn't give him any bullshit, other than to ask for some grace because I stepped in dog vomit...and to be fair, it was the worst kind of surprise. If I were a current customer, and treated that way, I'd have never bought windows from you. I would have paid Pella 10K more than the price I paid. Because respect goes much farther than a cheap price.
To my understanding, I was transferred to Todd because I had a warranty question...and if he will yell at a previous customer, without letting them speak, I can't imagine that he has any sort of patience for new customers with questions...or worse of all, people in the support department. Todd whaeverhislastnameis is the worst kind of employee you can hold onto as far as a team mentality goes.
I can't be the only person who has had such and unprovoked attack and lack of support. I can only assume that by his response, he believed that my call came from an internal number because I was transferred and he had no idea that it was coming from an actual customer.
I don't know why I was transferred to Todd, but whatever commission he was paid, I'd like a refund.
And, I would like said refund paid to Jamie, who was more than happy and understanding, who actually took care of my issue. Todd is an asshole, Jamie is a Saint.
Y'all have my record, since it was a warranty issue. But just in case you can't find me in your system, I'm customer 23069, customer PO 26008

Darren Lewis was very helpful and kind. I had just Buried my husband of 40 pluse years 5 days before he came over. He was very understanding and wanted to do the best he could. He explained about you service and the windows you have. I was still very upset about everything and wasn't sure what to do. He made me very comfortable about buying them. I am happy with the windows. I will Recommend your Company to anyone I know who needs windows. I also need 2 sliding doors but that has to wait, but I will have you do them for me.

Have you reps respect "no solicitation" signs. Also, stay off property until invited walking through my driveway to the private walk along front of my home isn't appropriate. There is a city sidewalk for you to conduct your business travels.

I can't say enough good things about Advanced Windows! They installed some very old windows in my home. Chris was so professional and treated my home so much kinder than other window installs I've had done. Normally I have to spackle and paint and I was so grateful for that I didn't have to do that at all this time. The windows wonderful and make my home so much more functional and such amazing quality, especially with the awesome screens that bend and flex! Their staff is amazing to work with, extremely helpful and the windows even came quicker than they had said. I will never go anywhere else! LOVE

After meeting with 5 other window companies, salesman Rob met with us and answered all our questions and provided a great bid. Our home had 43 year old “high end” wood windows that needed replacement, but I was so concerned about maintaining the look and style they provided our home. We called others and visited your shop to alleviate those concerns. Everyone assured me it would be fine. However, it wasn’t until Brad and crew arrived for installation I felt more at ease. Brad showed me pictures and explained his process to replace our windows and maintain the look we wanted. Sure enough he came through with flying colors. We love our new windows! Go Utes!

I had our old windows replaced by advanced window products. First time we installed 3 in our bed room. We found the new windows blocked most heat from outside made the room more comfortable. So we decided to replace the other 15 windows. We like all the new windows. They are easy to open and clean. Quality is good and have a transferable life time warranty. Here I thanks the sales man Ken who introduced the product to us. thanks to Brock and his partner and Noel and his partner for installing all the windows. They completed the installation, did good job. Thanks Kendra who help me several times to tell me how to apply rebate very patiently.

Advanced Windows did a fantastic job with our windows. They helped coordinate with the cutting concrete crew who cut out the windows and helped us through the process every step of the way! They are a fantastic group and very professional. I would highly recommend using them.

We had all the windows in our home replaced. Don, Joe and Jesus were our install crew. They were amazing. Their quality of work was exceptional from removing our old windows, replacing the new windows to the cleanup. All three men were very respectful and pleasant. Our salesman Ken sold us on the quality of the windows and it’s rare when the quality exceeds what the expectations are. We love our windows
