Some of the employees at this store are extremely rude. When I inquired about a possible return the person I spoke to was extremely combative when there was no reason to be. Even if they weren't going to allow the return, there was no reason they needed to be so dismissive and short when I asked about it quite nicely. I planned on buying a $7000 sofa from them and will make a point to by it elsewhere.

I live out of state and adore Alice Lane! They have the most unique and elegant décor pieces with amazing quality. I have learned so much about decorating and elevating my style from their podcasts, social media, and on-line events. I am hoping they open a store in Nashville or Chicago soon?? A girl can hope – Ha! The customer service (Emily) has been amazing with any questions I have about products and responds ASAP to emails. I can’t say enough about positive things about Alice Lane.

They deleted their google profile along with my comment so I'll add it here. Shipping for this company is extremely disorganized and estimated shipping dates listed on the website are wrong. Returns are difficult and they charge you for a restocking fee. I was very disappointed when I attempted to cancel my original order after the shipping time was over the estimate and was told that I would be charged for restocking. When I returned the item using the shipping label that was sent to me from Alice Lane, I was told that the return was stuck at the post office because the postage was incorrect and that someone would need to come to the post office and pay an additional $75 before it could be delivered to Alice Lane. I had to email for several weeks to get a response and finally had my request approved by a team member after I rated them poorly on Google and a refund was issued. Afterwards, they emailed and asked if I would amend my Google review - which I did not. I was curious if more negative reviews had been put online and found that the Google reviews are missing entirely now. Transparency is important for consumers and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone now that they are trying to hide bad customer experiences.

I am located in Idaho and have admired Alice Lane on social media for years. I needed to update some rooms in my home and emailed Alice Lane out of the blue for some help. They paired me with Alyssa. She has helped me fall in love with my home again! The quality of the products I have received is fantastic. She has been very attentive to details and given my home a designers touch. I look forward to working with Alice Lane for future projects.

I had an issue with an order that I placed and the Alice Lane team (Allison and Emily) were very courteous and resolved it for me. Their merchandise is gorgeous and I hope to purchase many more things from their beautiful store.

I can’t speak to the furniture quality because it hasn’t been delivered. Despite being in stock, the console has not yet left the warehouse 6 weeks after I put in the order. Emails go unanswered for days and still no ETA.

The absolute worst customer service. After ordering the Lucca dining table last April, which was suppose to be delivered in August, then pushed to October, and finally I received it over a year later in May of 2023. It however, arrived without the base. After several attempts from myself to reach out to delivery company to track the order, and absolute no help from Alice Lane, the base is still missing. Alice Lane has been extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone in the online ordering department. I would caution anyone against ordering any large furniture items from this company!

Rating as 1-Star to get this bumped up. The delivery and return process for Alice Lane is terrible. They shipped my items outside of the timeframe listed on the website, and only after I sent emails inquiring about the status of my order twice. Example: the 2nd part of my order shipped out 2 weeks after I placed the order online and only after I made an email inquiry. When I initiated a return request on the website for some of the items, it remained pending for 6 days until I sent another email to follow up. After I sent out the return, I checked on the delivery of the item and found that it was stuck at the post office because the shipping label that they provided for me didn't cover the delivery and postage is due. So now someone from the company has to physically go to the post office to pay the additional $78 postage before it will be released to them. I used all of the original packaging materials and followed the return instructions to the letter. I've emailed the company and hopefully I hear back soon for a resolution.Beautiful items, but not worth the hassle.

Would not recommend to anyone ever. It took over a year to have furniture delivered. The communication was seriously lacking from start to finish.

Beautiful marketing, but disorganized, at best, when it comes to communication and customer service. This company seems to be new and struggling with quality control, shipping delays, and internal communication. Dealing with broken items and items that were paid for but never shipped makes this company a hard pass for me.
