Everything was perfect! I submitted a quote request on Thursday around 4:00pm not expecting a response, and less than 20 minutes later I had a detailed quote sent over from Zoe. I forgot to include a couple details so I called into the office to see if I could clarify a few things. Zoe was very detailed and accommodating over the phone, assisting me with my design and she anticipated my request. I sent over my designs slightly after their closing time, knowing it wouldn't be until the following week till my order was complete.I kid you not, the next day around 2:00PM the order was completed. Upon pickup everyone was kind and accommodating, and our order was PERFECT!I'm almost ashamed to admit I almost ordered through Shutterfly AlphaGraphics was more affordable, quicker, and I was able to make sure my vision was understood.

Had to wait forever for someone to even come to the front desk to help me. I explained the job I needed done, and the worker said they can’t print stuff unless it’s large scale and corporate. That’s not what their website says, and I’ve used Alphagraphics for small runs of art prints before. Super frustrating. The guy seemed stoned out of his mind, and the place reeked of smoke as well. Annoying how they advertise being able to print “anything, simple or complex” and literally don’t.

Brent & team Alpha Graphics at this location are top notch. We receive great customer service on a consistent basis and are always happy & impressed the the print results they provide.Highly recommend this location if you're looking for an experienced and local print shop.

The fastest, most professional, and on-top-of-it printing service along the Wasatch front! I have used this location throughout my freelance career and have now been able to use them in my professional corporate career. Why? Because they are so quick without losing any quality. I've never had a misprint, or a late order EVER. The cost is very reasonable. Whatever business I represent, I choose them. Huge shoutout to Brent, thank you!

I called the downtown location, and they had to refer me to the West Valley location for print or embroidery of my item, but no one from WV would answer the questions over the phone, I was told that someone would call me, but they never took my name down. I guess my business is not of interest or importance. Hope other customers are not treated the same way.

Our business had used this location for years and were happy with the product and service overall. We had an issue with one project based on miscommunications and in an attempt to talk it through to see what options there were to correct it, one of the owners came to our office and I couldn't not believe how rude and unprofessional we were treated. I had people walking by my office afterwards stop in and ask who that was based on the behavior they heard and saw and couldn't believe it was an owner of a business. After being stunned by the interaction, I corresponded with the other owner and attempted to objectively explain the frustrations. The other owner happens to be his wife, so apparently there is little recourse if you have an unpleasant experience. I only received information on how to resolve the existing project so we could move on, but received no apology, no discussion or even acknowledgement of the way I had been treated. I have been in business for over 25 years and this interaction rates very high on the list of baffling experiences in a professional setting. After the lack of concern of our experience, we moved to a new Alphagraphics location and have been happy with services received.In response to your reply, I'd like to point out the most frustrating part of the experience was how I was treated. It was unacceptable and no acknowledgement of that experience was ever received. Also, we were open to conversation to work through the project concerns we had but instead were belittled and talked down to. That being said, the proof was only digital and we were informed by your team it should not be an issue when WE brought up the concern of the imagery and text being over a fold.
