It took awhile with my order to get to me but aside from that everything went well. Our delivery driver that brought the equipment Brayan was quite the gentleman and very helpful. He was great.

I had problems with my VPap making a wheezing sound. I brought it in to Eric and within a few minutes he had the problem corrected. He was very professional and polite and made the experience most pleasant.

Very unhappy with Alpine overallI use the home fill system and at home I’m on 4.5 liters of oxygen when I go out I use potable tanks on 3 liters which mean the tanks only last a little over an hourThey only allow me to have 3 tanks at a time which means I cannot go away from home a little over 3 hours and I have to return home because I’m out of oxygen I called yesterday and asked if I could have at least 2 more tanks and was told I could have only one more tank but Alpine won’t deliver it to me I’d have to go to their location in South Salt Lake and pick it up…I’m in a wheelchair and live in an assisted living facility and getting there to pick one tank up is hard for me…They still refuse to accommodate !They only offer one kind of nasal cannula and I don’t care for the nose piece it’s too fat and makes me feel like my nose is stuffed up… I’ve asked if they can order me different ones and the answer is no…Overall their customer service is poor….If my insurance would pay for it I would change oxygen suppliers right away but my insurance won’t cover it so I’m stuck with Alpine…Yesterday i had someone come service my machines from Alpine his name is Brian and he provided me with excellent customer service!I tried to get in touch with someone at Alpine in Salt Lake for over a week however and it was very hard to get through also i have to buy nasal cannulas from another source because i do not like the ones that they have available the nose pieces are too large and make me feel like my nose is plugged i wish they had a better variety to choose fromI was also pleased that Brian had the tubing and other supplies that i ordered two days prior with him instead of making me wait to receive them in the mail. His service was a definite 10/10!!
