Experienced two times in a row - they are dealing with more customers then their capacity with cheap employees in the market.

Terrible customer service and rude to their members. Will not go there again. The lady that did not help me has blonde hair, didn't get her name. Will contact the bank to start the process to switch credit unions shortly if that's how they treat people.

I've been a member of this credit union for several years. They advertise that they finance motorcycles and I took the time to apply. I had to make multiple calls to try and get the loan processed and finally the next day the shot down the loan and my 750 credit score. I had just bought a home with my VA loan and they look at home ownership as a negative. I showed them all the necessary income to get qualified but they just wanted to decline the loan. I went around in circles with these people and left with a headache. I ended up getting my motorcycle with Mt. America credit union. I think that America First Credit union must be having financial problems so they are tightening their lending standards?

This is not really a branch; it's more of an indoor drive-thru. That you walk to. Without the pleasant exhaust smell. See the picture, it says Drive Up! When you arrive you are greeted with a queue; you are expected to lineup and your destination is immediately apparent. You are about to meet your "teller". In truth it is a video screen, a phone, and a drive thru tube through which you pass your transactions to, wait for it, THE TELLER BEHIND THE WALL. Yes, ala The Wizard of Oz. If you are unfortunate enough to necessitate a managers approval you will actually see your teller exit "The Room" to talk to the manager in an office. Oh and during his time whe,n your teller has you on mute/park/ignore, you can hear other customers interacting with other tellers in "The Room". I know that the gentleman next to me was left with a balance in his checking of $6,451 and change. Which is pretty good for him as young as he appeared. I wish him every success. I can't for the life of me figure out how America First thought this concept would be successful. Unless their intent was to create a disappointing customer experience that lacks a personal touch and causes great irritation. If that's the case then, mission accomplished!!
