I had a load that needed to be reworked because some pallets shifted . Everyone here was super nice as well as efficient in what they do. In and out in an hour . I would highly recommend them!

Parked overnight without issue. Got docked at 0810. Got unloaded by 2 forklifts and was empty by 0830. Great experience all around. Got a good crew here with is hard to find these days

Warning: My Damaging Experience with Mark Simpkins and American Warehouse SolutionsI feel compelled to share my experience with Mark Simpkins and American Warehouse Solutions, not only as a cautionary tale but also as an honest recounting of the devastating impact their actions had on my business.False Promises and a Drastic Shift:Initially, Mark Simpkins presented his company as the solution to our warehousing needs. However, a series of unprofessional and harmful actions transpired that deeply affected my business.Refusal to Ship Our Products:The most egregious of these actions was the refusal to ship our products due to disputed charges. We found the charges grossly inflated and, in many cases, completely unauthorized. We aimed to have him review and correct the charges in error, which amounted to tens of thousands of dollars. Instead, he held our orders, and we could not ship orders for several weeks while we tried to work these issues out together.Catastrophic Business Impact:As a direct consequence of Mark's refusal to release our inventory, we lost key accounts, severing crucial revenue streams. This wasn't a minor setback; it was the primary factor that forced us to shut down our business after 18 years as a leader in the industry. The withholding of shipments under disputed charges wasn't just a disagreement over billing – it was an action that crippled our ability to operate.Systematic Overbilling and Non-cooperation:Throughout our engagement, we consistently faced billing discrepancies. Any attempts at rectification were met with resistance and further unjustified charges. We were even charged a 4 figure sum for email "customer communication." The level of non-cooperation from American Warehouse Solutions was astonishing and entirely counterproductive.Constant Employee Turnover:Another red flag during our association with American Warehouse Solutions was the unusually high turnover of account managers – we saw five different managers in just one year. This revolving door was not only disruptive but, in our view, indicative of potentially deeper issues within the company.A Warning to Others:My experience with Mark Simpkins and his company was more than disappointing—it was a business owner's worst nightmare. I urge anyone considering a partnership with American Warehouse Solutions to reconsider. If you are already in a contract with them, I advise you to be vigilant and take proactive steps to protect your business interests.This is not just a story of a failed business relationship but a stark warning about how destructive certain practices can be to hardworking businesses. I hope my story can help others avoid a similar fate and encourage more ethical business practices in the warehousing industry.I started this company in 2005, and it is heartbreaking to see it end due to a bad association. Mark may try to discredit my story, which is his right, but I stand behind my review and am likely not the only person who will have had this experience with him and his company.

Had to get a load reworked by these guys. Absolutely the best crew I've ever dealt with. Had it done in about 2 hours. Even cleaned the mess in my trailer up for free. This place is now my #1 go-to in this area if I ever need another load reworked.

They charge way to much. Dock to dock is located in the same facility and they are almost half the price. Plus they have trucks available for pick ups and delivery.

Hello, I used the American Warehouse Services cross docking this morning on Aug, 22, 2023 and itwas excellent service from start to finish service. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with loading and unloading my trailer. This will be the place that I will come in the future for anything pertaining warehouse services thank your Mr.Jamal and Ms. Constance. Highly Recommended

I had me and brothers in salt lake city rework my same load twice. No 3rd time for I went to American warehouse services rework it and they were beyond professional. I highly recommend them if you need rework done in salt lake city

Top notch, best of the best, amazing service. My trailer needed to be re-pallatized and re-worked after 17 pallets had been rejected due to another shippers mistake. So I was sent here where I was greeted by smiling face and great attitudes even after showing up after hours. They assured me they would fix the pallets and get me on my way first thing in the morning, and that's exactly what happened. I would definitely recommend coming here if you ever need your load reworked. 10/10 service.
