Well, your deluvery man let the ecxess blow for about a minute and a half. Our place smelled for an hour or better. Neighbor called to see if we had a problem. I had checked level that morning. It was at 50%. Yet, somehow he squeezed 58 gallons in. Right now, i have not been all to pleased with service.Paul Robinson41 Henwood Dr.Tooele, Utah

Wait times are ridiculous. Then they tell you you can call automated order service then forget to give you the number. Bad customer service.

Customer service sucks, the last 3 years around this time..excuse after excuse been with them 7 years. The last years I have had call for 6 day straight to get them to fill us, we are on auto delivery and I don't think they understand that.. 10/5/23 guy refuses to fill us cause no one home we had 40 percent have never needed to be home called to where I don't know they barely talk English noise background so bad you can't understand anything.. did get fill 2 days later really nice guy he didn't understand why the 1st guy refused.. 11/5/2023 same thing guy refuses to fill us again we are at 40 percent didn't even know he was coming so there no way someone would be home called explained that. Started calling them when I hit 30 percent , now I have been calling twice a day since 12/1/23 still no propane cant not even see the gauge on the tank. On 12/5/2023 was promised to been filled by 12/6/23 still no propane had to shut heaters off hoping i can go to work tomorrow saving what little i have for a shower in the morning.. you call Customers and its a joke. Just get excuse after excuse..

We have a weekly scheduled fill-up on our tanks, and we have had to wait a month before for our tanks to be filled. Your customer service center is a joke. They say they are going to send an urgent email to the branch and get them out to our location and then nothing happens. I have discussed this with your people who promise me this is going to get fixed, and it never happens. Looking for a new gas supplier as we speak.

No one speaks or understands English. I placed an order with someone who spoke in a very thick foreign accent for an order. Unsurprisingly, the order never arrived and when I called up, an order was never placed. AmeriGas needs to hire people that can speak and understand the local language. I hang up everytime I hear a foreign accent and try again, I do not want to deal with them anymore.

Hands down the worst. Tank had been empty for months after never coming to fill it after submitting a request in March. We finally got a fill in august and they came the day before they were scheduled to so no one was home and we couldn’t get a leak check. They then locked the tank and said we needed that check before we could start service. That was 5 weeks ago and at least 6 phone calls to Amerigas who can’t even figure out how to schedule a tech to come up and keep telling me that they will call and never do. Meanwhile my house is 45 degrees at the moment. Thank you Amerigas for the absolute worst service. We will be switching providers asap.Update: Took two weeks from posting this review to get any service. Ended up turning on the tank myself and telling them to get lost. Offered me a whopping $100 discount for forgetting about us for months. TOP NOTCH!

Terrible company. Constantly trying to charge double what the competition is charging. Requests are never completed in a timely manner, communication is extremely poor. Do not use them. There are much better providers out there.

On a two week fill plan and you've only shown up 8 times in a year. Never have returned calls, bill me for filling my neighbors outdoor tank but I have two 7 gallon tanks inside, charge me for two rental cylinders when I only have one of yours and this has been over a year, requested to cancel several times and your won't come get your tank but keep billing. worst customer service and service I've ever received at any of my facilities.
