BEWARE the spineless and incompetent people that work for Apple, and the useless system they have in place today. Rather than fix and address your issues with any sort of urgency they will shift blame onto others and direct you to other sources to not deal with it. After calling in to support I was told to “go into the store,” where in the store they told me to “call support,” ultimately ending in an indirect “we can’t help you with this” from a nameless senior member
If you rely on Apple for business (like myself) be wary that it may be time to move on as technology is catching up and there WILL be other products of similar quality.
Was quoted “a couple days” for a repair after a Genius Bar appointment, but it has now taken a week and a half with no end in sight and no update on delivery - I was given no option to wait to send my laptop in until they have the necessary part (a seemingly very simple thing to accommodate). I requested to have it sent back as it’s necessary for my business but received a “you’ll get an email when it’s ready” and that’s the end of it
I have been a devoted Apple product user for over 20 years but this experience has been extremely frustrating and I will be moving on from all products not necessary for my business (watch, AirPods, tablet, iPhone). This has showcased an extreme lack of accountability and lack of care for the consumer that has crept into the company as it has gotten bigger.

Went in to see what can be done about my Ipad. I walked up to someone for help and she did help me but was ultimately left alone after she plugged my tablet into a computer.

Tech Lincoln at genius bar at Apple store in not very tech savvy and doesn't understand customer service!
I will give credit to the manager at City creek mall- Michael for taking the time to listen and help coach Michael on customer service skills! He is a good floor manager!

Shoutout to Mindy for being the most helpful and personable salesperson I’ve ever worked with! This location is overall my favorite Apple Store because the team is always top notch. It’s always a great experience shopping here.

On 10/7/2025 I had an absolute horrible experience at this store. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I walked into the store ready to spend up to $2,000 on a new laptop. I literally told 3 different sales people that I needed to buy a new laptop. All 3 people didn't help me and kept passing me on to other sales people. After the 3rd person told me that he would find someone else to help me I finally gave up and left the store after standing there by myself again for over 5-10 minutes waiting. I simply couldn't believe how bad this customer service was. The store wasn't even that busy!
I left the store. Shame on Apple City Creek. I'll never go back back there again.

Honestly, pretty disappointed with this Apple Store Experience. Typically, you are greeted and a sales associate will ask you if you need help finding something. None of that happened. When I was ready to purchase it took 15 minutes. Only because one sales associate was doing it and 5 others were standing around.
Tim Cook, what are you doing? Quit spray painting the iPhone orange and help your customers check out.

I received garbage technical support when my computer was sent in for repair. Turns out they wouldn’t replace a battery without replacing the working solid state hard drive. Funny how that was communicated before I shipped it. This, by the way, costs nearly as much as a new Mac. I ended up getting the computer back and going down the street and had a family ran computer repair store fix it for a fraction of the price. If I ever have another Apple product past warranty, I don’t plan on sending it back for repair with Apple.
