If you need anything from an Apple store, avoid at all costs this store. You are going to waste your time and they won't make any effort to help you solve your issue. They have the worst customer service!

Be careful- This store hires managers who racially discriminated others. TIFFANY THE HEAVY SET BLONDE WITH HUGE FAKE EYELASHES.who is a store manager at this store (that’s what she claimed she is) is a real piece of work. She discriminates minorities like nobody’s business. Went to return a phone, bought online and she will not accept the return even its within return window . She told me flat out lie that stuff bought online cannot be return at the store!!!!!!!! Apple policy clearly said I can . Apple customer service told me I can. She did not want to help because I didn’t look “Mormon” enuf for her . Then I took my phone out , I didn’t even press recording - she flipped out. Created scene in front of several customer threatening to call police. She immediately asked security to call police. Jim Crow era all over again!!!! I have officially lodged complaint to apple. This person needs to get trained big time ! Apple you are big in D.E.I, please spend some resources to train people like Tiffany or better yet should have proper background check before hiring. This person should never treat minority the way she treated me and I am sure she treats her Mormon brothers and sisters differently because they are caucasians and not a brown person with an accent. Apple you lost a customer - forever.

Not impressed, very upset. Ridiculous wait time, and they don't take Apple Pay at the Apple Store? Laughable. but I'm just annoyed.

There was a greeter at the store who was very helpful- finding a greeter to even check you in for a Genius Bar appointment is hard to find anymore. In order to get any help you have to have an appointment- Genius Bar or purchasing anything. I explained to the “tech” the challenge it is to get to the store and yet she allowed my appointment to be commandeered by a walk in who seemed to think he deserved immediate attention. Very few techs seem to ACTUALLY know the product inside and out these days….there are some good ones out there just harder to find. Outcome of my issue was what I suspected- that didn’t bother me.

Big Shout out to Walter of Apple Store City Creek Branch !I’m hoping that this could reach their management so he can promoted.he was able to fix the issue on my husband’s Apple Watch Ultra and he’s so patient w/us.it took us 2 hours to work on the issue .trials and errors were done but then he was so eager to help us and finally solved it .thank you so much !

Not sure what the hype was about for this store, we entered and looked at a few items, and didn't have anyone offer to help nor ask questions, maybe because I wasn't wearing skinny jeans nor did I have a man-bun... I was going to buy my wife a new laptop,.. walked out empty handed. Oh well.The store did seem clean, so I'll give an extra star.

I was so impressed with the service at this Apple store. I should explain that first I made a genius bar appointment with Best Buy in Sugarhouse. It was unbelievably terrible. I won’t go into it here, but I will never go back. So, I made and appointment at the Apple Store.First, parking was easy ! Apple maps took me directly there and there is abundant free 2-hour parking.I visited the store twice. The first time I had an appointment and was welcome in immediately. An extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient associate ran a test on my phone. She determined that it needed to be replaced.Since they didn't have it in stock, they ordered it and 3 days later she emailed and called and I returned. Again, I was welcomed immediately (this time without an appointment) and a different associate set up my new phone. Again, he was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient.I walked out with a brand-new phone, completely set up for me.I often wondered if Apple Care was worth it. 100%. So glad I had it.I wish I remembered the associates’s name. the first was a woman with the awesome “fishing” hat and the second was a man with long hair.Great work to this store's team and thank you.

Friendly staff but they should have told me they were delayed. Ended up waiting 1 hour and 10 mins after my appointment time for them to start helping us.If you’re delayed just tell your customers.

I found West Parking by accident. No map or Internet or useful map of City Creek.My destination was Apple Store, not on map or description of how to get there.

Is every Apple Store like this? There's no organization or easy route to getting help when you enter this place. There's no front desk or any clear spot with a person to greet and/or help you. It's just chaos. I always have to wander around and hope to catch a worker between other customers. And it isn't easy to distinguish who even works there, until you're close enough to see a tiny apple logo on their shirt. As if this isn't delightful enough, tonight once I managed to snag a worker he just stared at me blankly while I tried to ask for help. Thankfully I can end on a positive note, as the guy who brought out my replacement product was friendly and helpful. But when I need my next iPhone I think I'll hit up Best Buy.
