In the store the sales people were very nice! We found a bed frame that we wanted and they said we were good to pick it up the following Saturday. I called Saturday a few times and they never picked up. I then waited until later the next week and called a few more times and I didn’t ever get a hold of anyone. I called the store number and was transferred to customer service, they called and few times and no one picked up. They told me to call the main store (that is how I ended up talking to them) and to have them try to figure it out. I waited about an hour and called the store again and was transferred back to customer care. They again tried reaching out to the warehouse to pick up the furniture, and they again cannot get a hold of them. I asked to cancel my order because I couldn’t pick it up. After she called the warehouse, a few more times she finally ended up canceling her order. The time I spent on the phone was about 2 hours in all trying to figure out how to resolve the issue. The furniture looks amazing. It’s just that you can’t pick it up! If you buy furniture make sure they deliver it

I ordered a dresser online, when it was delivered the drawers were broken so they came back to pick it up. Four weeks later after 5 times contacting customer service, I am still fighting just to get a refund of the return and will likely have to dispute the charge on my credit card. I have been a customer in the past several years, but the online experience has been terrible.

Went to a few Ashley’s and finally found the furniture item I wanted. The in store experience was great! Sales representatives were not too pushy but were helpful. It was great until we got down to the warehouse. Front desk employee was very kind. Me and her were making some jokes and having a good time. We pulled out to the loading ramp, sat there for a few minutes and were “greeted” by an employee that was nothing but rude at first. He lightened up after a bit but that was only after asking us rudely “um.. did you bring people to load this up?”. We are two females and we’re able to load the products just fine. I don’t know if he figured we couldn’t because we are women but it isn’t a good look for the company when your employees first words out of his mouth is him questioning our ability based off of our gender.

My boyfriend and I had the best experience for an unfortunate situation. We picked up our dresser and saw it was damaged when we got home. Michelle was incredibly kind and quick to help us get an exchange and made the process so easy! We truly appreciate the quick and efficient work! Thank you so much! You truly kept Ashley furniture as a good experience for us!

Can I give negative stars?Ordered furniture a few weeks ago and trying to arrange pickup. Trying to verify before going down there that it’s actually there. The phone rings and rings, and then hangs up. No voicemail? Seriously? Do better. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Tried calling the store MULTIPLE times with no answer. Finally went to the store to pick up my order. Both staff members, front desk lady and the guy loading my items, were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will definitely try to get a hold of the store manager to complain about the loading guy but i doubt it will do any good.

Worst furniture store! I bought a sofa but the legs would not screw all the way into the frame. Returned the sofa to the warehouse for repairs. It's been weeks! No repaired sofa, no replacement sofa, no refund. I have absolutely nothing -- but they have my money so they don't care.

I went to the store on 300 w to get a new coffee table and 2 end tables. I ended being followed around the store by a very rude woman. I found 3 sets I liked. One of them was in the clearance area with no tags on it. When I asked her the price she said I don't know and did not attempt to find out until I just stood there looking at her for a few minutes. I decided on another set on the main sales floor and I asked if there were any current sales she just said no and stood there again. No offer of asking a manager or anything. Finally I told her she was so rude and unhelpful that I would just go home and look on Amazon. She told me to go do that. I left and found the exact Ashley set on Amazon for $100 less. So thank you for being such a rude beast. You saved me some cash! And reiterated why I will never set foot in your store again. .

Went to the Ashley warehouse to pick an item. I checked in at front desk at 9:45 and it took an hour for them to get my item loaded. There was only one other person ahead of me and it took 30 minutes for their order to be filled. Ashley's warehouse needs to revamp the way they fill orders to move things along much faster.
