Online shopping experience is terrible. The only payment processor that worked was PayPal, so that’s how I completed my order. But then, the PayPal charges were in 4 random transactions, which seemed really strange. We ended up canceling items in our order because we found options that don’t take 16 weeks to ship. They didn’t process the refund until we spent hours on the phone 20 days after canceling. They said they would send documentation on what got refunded and never did. I never received all my money back for the canceled items.Then, the in store employee was a condescending sales man who encouraged us to cancel our online order and rebuy through him. He said our items probably wouldn’t get delivered anyway. It was a very strange experience, stay away from here at all costs!!

We visited the store today for a particular piece of furniture for our home, and we are delighted of our finding. Rosie, our sale coordinator was very professional and helpful; She made the experience worthwhile. The service was impeccable and will definitely visit Ashley Furniture showroom again.

I went to Ashley‘s today just to look around. I needed a new living room for my new condo. Janet was wonderful ! She was so helpful I ended up buying all of my living room furniture and am very happy. Great service Janet ! Beautiful furniture Ashley.

Atrocious customer experience with the service and delivery team. Not a single reasonable person on the team willing or capable of thinking for themselves. This place desperately needs some real leadership in their service team.Edited Review to comment on the Response from the owner: I have used my experience with Ashley in the companies I lead on how to never interact with a customer. They tell me they understand my frustration...no they don't. Please feel free to reach out for further assistance? To whom should I reach out? The customer experience at every touch point has failed. There is clearly a systemic issue as it relates to how to take care of a customer. Ashley thinks they are selling furniture, but forgets they are running a business based on customer experiences.

By far the worst location and customer service I have ever encountered. My mother in-law was taken advantage of and the wrong sofa and chaise were delivered. She called to let them know because the delivery service used did not understand. I called corporate and they said the store would have to resolve it and make it right. They have not and are not willing to do anything or hold themselves accountable for an error made.

The Salt Lake store is beautiful with lots of options to choose from no matter what kind of furniture you’re looking for. The salesman, Rick, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me some different options to choose from. I left the store with everything I wanted and a delivery date of my choosing for everything to be delivered. This is a great store with high quality furniture.

Service was prompt. Salesperson Candie was helpful but not hovering. I spent some time browsing and sitting in chairs. I had searched online beforehand and they had what I wanted. Purchased on sale. Scheduled setup and delivery. In and out in less than an hour.

They delivered an incorrect sectional to my mother and refused to fix the problem. They would not take accountability for their mistake. They wasted our time and were very unpleasant. Don’t deal with these crooks.
