Terrible in person service. The manager was not there for the 3rd time we went in. Unfortunately the issue we had was caused by the old manager at the store. Confirmed by one employee at the store. The new manager called us back when we were on the line with corporate AT&T customer service, we merged the calls together. Corporate AT&T automatically records the calls. They heard the whole interaction. The manager from the store was not calling to resolve the issue. He heard my husband was upset and his call back was more about their exaggerated side of the story than to help correct an error made at their store. Corporate customer service was very nice and helpful, especially after the call with the store manager.

Alex was amazing and so helpful and fun to talk to when I went to upgrade my phone today! He stayed a lil later than he was supposed to make sure I was taken care of and it was nice feeling super comfortable and at ease while we got everything transferred over.

Ally and Peter were awesome - super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Crushing it!! Would highly recommend, we left with a cheaper bill and a great new phone!

Just came in to get a SIM card and ended up having one of the best experiences ever in a store. I used to manage AT&T stores and this rep went above and beyond. I forgot her name but she was super nice ( red head ) she deserves a raise or promo. 5 stars

I don’t have a good/secure place to have orders sent to but Alysa and the manager (Eddie) were so helpful and kind when doing my phone upgrade. They allowed me to have my new phone shipped to the store (another location was super off putting when I asked about this) and addressed all my questions beautifully

If I ever need anything I know I can stop in this store quickly. Edwin and Tyler are my absolute favorites to work with. I never spend more than 10-15 minutes in the store which is great because the store is usually super busy when I stop in. Greatly appreciate everything these two do for me!!!! 10/10 recommend this store to everyone

Had one of the most bizarre experiences being refused service without question. We had previously come in with a problem that couldn’t be resolved and needed to come back with more information. And after resolving those issues elsewhere, we had a different issue with a different phone and as we walked in, the lady said asked us to leave and call atts customer service. Didn’t ask us what the issue was, just told us to leave. It made me question if something happened while we were there previously but after thinking about it, nothing had happened before. But her attitude toward us coming there again was unpleasant and short.

On pain of death do not go here. Go to a corporate owned location or the employees of this location will mess up your account, enter the wrong serial number when you get a new phone here, change the IMEI and a whole lot of other “ accidental” errors that other AT&T stores confirmed they have a track record of. Save yourself the complications and go to a Corporate owned location.

AT&T stole my $1,000 trade-in. Paying full price for an iPhone 14 Pro after providing a iPhone 13 Pro Max. Do not use AT&T, they scam you, steal your phone, and laugh at you. I’m reminded of this every time my account is debited $135, for one line, and for a phone that should have been free. Low quality employees that can’t be trusted.

Very dissapointed with my visit today! I asked for a 256GB iphone 14 pro, they told me they had it and it was the last one in the color I wanted. I left the store with my old phone still moving it's data over to my new one just to find out the iphone I was given was 128GB. I just lost tons of photos that I'll never get back and all my contacts in my phone because the new phone didn't have enough storage! I will be returning to get the 256GB but I'm very frusterated as I spent 2 HRS in the store trying to get an account and then had to wait 2 more hrs for my phone to transfer the data. Now I have to just hope they'll give me what I thought I paid for.

I absolutely love this store. Every time I go in, Tyler and his team help me from start to finish and make sure I leave a happy customer. Never hidden fees, they are always straight up w me which I appreciate, especially when now a days it is difficult to find companies who are transparent. Will continue coming here even if we move out of the area I am that impressed.

Went in to add two lines, and upgraded some phones. We had wonderful help! Hannah was very patient, and helpful with everything! She made our time there enjoyable. Very appreciative of Hannah and the rest of crew who helped us today!
