Just left the store and Dino was awesome! He was so helpful and did an amazing job multitasking between customers as he was the only one working!! I’ll definitely come back to him for questions and help with my plan and phones. THANKS DINO!

Dino was FANTASTIC!! I spent hours on the phone with customer service to no avail. He solved my problem and had me in and out in 10 minutes. That’s how it should be!!

Horrible experience with this Store! Even giving it one star seems like too much. I signed up with AT&T for the first time back in January I traded in all of my phones (5) of them. I got a huge bill because they had not entered my trade in credits at first, then they told me I had only 4 trade in credits instead of the 5. I’ve call customer service, they directed me to the store and the store then directed me to back customer service no one can do a thing . Long story short the sales rep that signed me up VERONICA must of stolen one of the phones because there’s no other explanation for it. AT&T only has 4 of my phones and they need proof that I gave 5 phones and they refuse to get this Rep involved. The Sales Rep VERONICA stopped answering all of my calls and no one can do anything. I’ve never met such dishonest people!!!!

AT&T stole my $1,000 trade-in. Paying full price for an iPhone 14 Pro after providing a iPhone 13 Pro Max. Do not use AT&T, they scam you, steal your phone, and laugh at you. I’m reminded of this every time my account is debited $135, for one line, and for a phone that should have been free. Low quality employees that can’t be trusted.

I feel like all the lady cared about was commission. I had to call and fix issues 3 times now. I've ultimately paid 3x what she said I would pay. She said my watches would only be $10 more a month, looking at my bill it's actually $71 more. I wouldn't have signed up for watches it I knew it was going to be this big of a nightmare. Great customer service lady.update 5/12: I got my may bill. watches are still 7x what she told me they would be. I can't believe someone would think it is okay to sit there and lie to someone about the cost and NO ONE is willing to make it right. GREAT SERVICE. Will be looking for a new provider.

I can highly recommend service in this place. We had really complicated issue with transfering our lines from T-mobile, and AT&T team helped us with a lot of care and patience. Thanks especially to the store owner (forgot the name, sorry!), and Carlos, really professional service :)

Came in last night to pick up a phone I ordered online. Turns out Freddie declined my trade in on my account so I can’t get the shipping label to mail my new one back. At the Murray store now getting my account fixed. Also, he activated my phone when I did not want it activated yet, so I was obligated to get a case and screen protector at that store. Not happy.
