Walked in the store today, and was greeted by a wonderful, super friendly employee. (I don't know her name, but she had her dark hair up, and wore glasses.) She told me about the sale right away, and after I shopped for a few minutes, she started fitting room for me. As I was trying on my clothes, she helped me with finding other sizes, too. The other employees were helpful as well. Great shopping experience!

Staff was unfriendly and snooty. Great selection of items! I love Athleta but if I lived in SLC I'd only be shopping online.

My wife's salesperson Nancy was lovely, sweet, personable, and attentive. It upset me to see her supervisor treat her with disrespect, which affected our wait time. The supervisor interrupted my wife and demanded Nancy stop in the middle of looking up a size for her to attend to another waiting customer. If her supervisor was actually concerned with the customers, she would have stepped up to attend to the other customer herself and let Nancy finish helping us. Instead, it felt like she was flexing power over Nancy, warranting me to, unfortunately, find time to write this negative review. Rude supervisor. The other aspects of this store were fine.

Got some new pants and wore them to the gym. They had a hole in them so I obviously tried to return them because that is a faulty product. They wouldn’t take them because I took the tag off. The products here are garbage now.

In the city creek center store today. My cousin is visiting from out of state. She came in planning to spend a lot of money, but not one salesperson greeted or helped her. Guess we will spend our money elsewhere.

Athleta at City Creek Center in Salt Lake City, Utah has athletic garments for all activities. In this shop it is easy to find clothing types and sizes. The sales associates are knowledgeable about their products features and best fits for body types.This store is kept very clean and is ADA accessible.If you like quality, nice looking athletic wear that you can feel comfortable sweating in, then shop Athleta.
