Came to the store at 4:30 pm and it was closed. Hours of operation are from 10am-7pm. No one inside, giant combination lock on the door.

The service I’ve received at this store has been excellent. They’ve helped me resolve issues a number of times. I find Alex to be particularly helpful. He’s patient and thoughtful, takes the necessary time to fix the problem. In this day and age, we all know how anxious we become when there’s a problem with our phone. Alex’s calmness is reassuring and his expertise instills a confidence that whatever the issue is, he’ll be able to resolve it.

Alex and Aly both helped me get a new phone after I dropped mine in the ocean on a trip abroad. They were both very friendly and thorough and went over and beyond in making sure I got my new phone quickly. I really appreciate all the help and would recommend this location to everyone!

I went in there because of a slow data speed and unreliable data connection issue that I’ve been having I had previously talked to Customer Support and all they did was reset the network settings on my phone. I usually have this issue every day. There are some places on my way home from the work where my data is slow, or I cannot connect the Internet. When I went into the AT&T store, I explained this to Dakota who did not know what she was doing. She had to text her. Manager Who did the same thing that was done before and that is reset the network settings which didn’t resolve the issue? I explained to her that I needed a new eSIM card installed because there is an issue with my current one. This wasn’t done. AT&T network was so slow that it took me a good half hour just to pay for something with Apple Pay. I called the store manager and spoke to him and he seem to get a negative attitude with me. When I asked to speak to the store owner, he said that there was no store owner available to speak to when I was in the store. Dakota seemed more interested than being on her phone than helping customers.

My mom was looking to get a new phone. She had an old galaxy and was on a Verizon plan. We decided it would more economical to add her to my AT&T plan so we headed into the store. Dakota greeted us with a sweet smile and friendly demeanor. And it just got better from there. Dakota was an absolute pleasure to work with. For someone who has only been working there for 2 weeks, she exceeded our expectations. She was patient, kind, and cool under pressure. She was the only one at the store and she managed to continue to help us and then would run over to the next customer, help them and then come back to me and my mom. I overheard her handling a situation with another customer who felt he was deceived by another agent and she was apologetic and assured him that she would never be deceitful to him. Dakota is a star!

The manager Irwin is useless, only comes out of the back room to say “he’s not trained to do that” then says “I’m all out of manager time, so I have to go to the back” ? what a waste of time. They didn’t even think to call us back after we made an appointment at the store to say “hey we can’t do this at the store” maybe work a liiiil bit harder to earn your 30k a year buddy cmon now

Great store. Employee and manager were both very easy to talk to and not pushy. A lot of authorized retailers make you very uncomfortable because they are pushed to hit unreasonable numbers. Prime sounds like they have a great company structure. Go here for excellent friendly service :)

Extremely terrible services , employees don’t know what they are doing , looks very confused, waiting for 30 mins and nobody come, I’m switching carriers!
