Tyler and Kourtney were absolutely amazing, Stopped by the store in sugarhouse and they refused to help me and told me I had to leave cause they didn’t do Tech support so if I didn’t buy anything they couldn’t help me, but was driving by the fort union store and they helped me instantly

This store is essentially an AT&T vendor not actually AT&T. I went in to simply add a watch line to my plan and they ended up setting it up wrong twice, I had to go in three times, and ended up having to pay for three phone lines and activation charges for all three plus they added unwanted insurance. This resulted in a $280 additional charge that neither AT&T nor the store will to date refund. AT&T will not back them and tell me I have to get it corrected from the site which will not respond to calls or visits. I have been trying to get it sorted out for almost two months to no avail. Save yourself the time and money do not go to this store!

I wanted to write a review and give a huge thank you to the staff here, and especially Tyler. You guys did a great job, and really helped myself and others through a very stressful time.Tyler made everything easy, was great to talk to, and clearly had plenty of experience helping customers.I hope you guys see this because you deserve every bit of praise!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Any AT&T store. Today 9-1-23. Store at 1961 E Ft Union Bldv. SLC. Went in to get some assistance because I have not been credited for a couple of phones I traded in. Kortnei was the worst. Tyler wasn’t much better. They kicked me out of their store. When I confronted them on a couple of contradicting statements they made, they got mad and told me to get out or they would call the Police. I was never confrontational nor did I ever raise my voice. I didn’t even get up out of my chair. I have been waiting for months to get credit on some returned phones. A third person, Kylie Told me that after 30 days there was nothing they could do. Kourtnei said it would take 2 r 3 months for the credit to show. So I said basically by the time I find out if I will get credit there is nothing I can do if it doesn’t show up. That seems pretty ridiculous. They were annoyed because I pointed that out.Then I asked if they would look up information on an IMEI #. Tyler said he already did. I asked how he looked in up if I hadn’t given him the number. That really irritated them.Tyler then admitted that my account shows every IMEI # of every phone I have had with them. I asked for those numbers but he said he couldn’t give me that information. That it would show up on my account and that was private. Only the person who helped at the time I exchanged the phone could look that up but that person no longer works for AT&T. Again that is just ridiculous. They just kept going around in circles. They said it was my private account. I said OK, if it’s my personal private account then give me my account info. They refused. Then ordered me to leave or they would call the police.They were all rude and ignorant as as soon as I am able I will be leaving AT&T. FYI, I have been with AT&T for over 12 years and that is the worst treatment I have ever received from anyone at any of their stores. I have 5 phones and 2 tablets on my account. Worst customer service or should I say lack of service. They should all be fired.

First off this was the Third AT&T I had went too and by far the cleanest and friendliest crew I have met Kourtnei got me set up into a new iPhone within 30 minutes, she was amazing and friendly thanks again!!!
