This is the first time I go to an auto auction. I was looking for a specific car that I saw online. I found this girl in the desk with a big smile and happy to help. She talked to me about their finance, or if the car was low value I had to pay cash. And there is when my disappointing comes and I don't give 5 stars. The car was still there but it wasn't for sale due to a mechanical problem. So, why advertise it if can't be sold? The rest was great. She walked with me around and showed me other options, even gave me an updated list with prices, etc. I'm planning to come back and buy a car here when I can, I need to save some money but it will be worth. If your options are limited, go to this place, they will help you for sure.

Buyer beware!A friend bought a car from Auto Auctions and tried to pay the payments. When they couldn't get through, they went in and Auto Auctions had closed their building and never answered calls when trying to pay.They had a tow company come to reclaim the vehicle that my friend had modified and put tons of money into. They also had personal items like expensive tools and important paperwork inside when towed with no warning. When they found out it had been towed, they called and the owner had left the country because his Visa had expired.Auto Auctions originally sold them the car that didn't have a catalytic converter and it wouldn't pass emissions and was unregisterable.They lied on the paperwork saying it passed the first time. It claimed it had the catalytic converter, and we found out it didn't upon registration.DO NOT BUY. AUTO AUCTIONS IS A SCAM!

Terrible service, I went to test drive a car that the battery doesn't work for, they turned the car on with some auxiliary cables and when I started it it turned off, the saleswoman left me alone and I couldn't turn it back on, how do they try to sell a car with that Terrible service should inspire confidence and that is the least they inspire.

I bought a salvaged title car here and 10k miles later the dual clutch went out. I was stuck paying for it as it wasn't covered by any warranty. The car has multiple other issues as well. They are nice here but I feel that they sell bogus cars.

Car theives. They will steal your car or sell you a stolen one. Avoid them, they are very dishonest. They still owe me over $5k.

Not really part of any "auto auction" but vehicles were decent, could try a little harder to showcase the vehicles a bit better. Young guy who said he was the detailer, showed me a few cars I like and he was pretty cool and friendly.
