Decided to try this place instead of our typical dealership, but was disappointed. Milton was abrupt, rude, and inconsiderate. My car needed towing to his shop- he never communicated when it got there. We had an appointment for the morning, he didn't call until 4:30pm when he finally checked it, but never communicated throughout the day or to share why it wouldn't be checked until the end of the day. Milton seemed annoyed by my requesting and offering communication. I called when the towing company left my home to let him know my car was on its way and his response was 'was there a question?' When I did call to ask about the timeframe, he was condescending. He said, the car is here (I was calling 3 hours after it arrived, thankfully the towing company already informed me). I said, I know and asked when I could expect to hear about his findings. His response was 'he'll know when he'll know'. That's it. It's reasonable to ask for a timeframe, to have some (or any) information about what's going on. I decided to have my husband talk to him about his findings, feeling like maybe my being a female was why he was being condescending. I was wrong. He has a lot of anger and issue with questions. He yelled at my husband when he asked about how Milton came to the conclusion about the car engine, considering a second opinion. Milton said we should never come back if we don't trust him, that we wasted his time (all of 5 min? all he did was start the car and then called us 7 hrs from our initial appt time) and hung up on him. We ended up having the car towed to Ken Garff (our typical car repair shop and they covered the tow) The dealership communicated when my car got there, when we'd hear back, etc- my expectations aren't unfounded. I'm not in the habit of being treated poorly or expected to blindly follow person's advice. Milton could use some anger management and therapy for whatever trust issues he has that's bleeding into his work life. Best of luck Milton, hope you can find peace in your life. Don't worry, we won't be back to disturb you.

I would give this place a zero star review if I could. Milton (the owner) is the most disrespectful and miserable person I have ever had the displeasure of having to meet. He was short and abrasive with every customer that came into the shop. Milton constantly rolled his eyes when being asked simple questions. A man had come in to pay for his son's mirror on his truck to be fixed and Milton yelled at him not understanding why he was there as the mirror was not fixed yet. The father had just come in to pay for the service and check on the status. I was getting a simple inspection on my car. I waited for the inspection, received the key when he was finished and asked if I needed to pay. He acted as if this was a dumb question and proceeded to call me dumb for even asking. I asked him if he was always this rude to his customers and he proudly said "yes" and I will get ruder real fast. I would advise no one to ever bring their vehicle here.

Dependable and honest, it's tough to find these days but these guys are it! You won't regret taking your car here for repair.

I brought my car here from another shop because the quote they gave me for the repairs was much more affordable. Ultimately, they informed me that most of the work the other shop recommended I have done was completely unnecessary. I saved over $2000, and my car has been running great ever since. I am grateful to have found a trustworthy mechanic and would definitely return for any work needed in the future.

I recently visited Utah for the first time, and the very first person I met was the front desk manager Milton (?) at Autograff. While I cannot comment on Augograff's auto repair capabilities I am sure of one thing, the first person you meet when you walk in there, Milton, was flat out unprofessional and rude. The day before I spoke to him and let him know I had just arrived in Utah and needed to get back to central Florida ASAP for any post hurricane cleanup. I needed a check on my oil pump or hopefully it was just just an oil change. Milton said not to check in before 12 noon. Being unfamiliar with Salt Lake City traffic I arrived early in the town, from high up in Brighton Mountain. It was earlier than I expected so I figured I would visit some of the sights. Still intending to check my car in after 12 noon (as Milton had "instructed")I thought I'd check to see if Autograff would at least allow me to park it in their lot or could recommend someplace nearby. When I approached the desk and gave him my name he verbally rocketed into a tirade about, "Oh you're the guy who cant follow directions. And what are you doing here? I told you ....blah ...blah ...blah..." It felt like I was in the middle of the Seinfeld episode of the Soup Nazi. I responded, "If you would just stop talking and let me ask my question." I was trying to ask if he would allow me to park it in his lot while I go about my business and then return with the keys after 12 noon to actually check it in. But Milton was acting totally frazzled, discombobulated that I even showed up early, and still in a very loud transmit mode. Waving his arms in the air and doing a multitude of histrionics, he wouldn't listen to anything. He started to imply that I was trying to jump in front of three other ladies waiting in his lobby. For Milton, you would have thought the worlds were colliding. I was told to take my business elsewhere. So we exchanged a few unpleasant goodbyes and I went to Toyota and guess what. They were very professional and polite. Even though I didn't have an appointment and there were at least 20 cars ahead of me they gladly took my keys and two hours later they called me and it was done. I probably paid a little more than I should have. But they confirmed my oil pump was fine and had the oil change done with zero drama. Would I recommend Autograff to anyone? Not even to the guy who said "No soup for you!"

I've been bringing my Porsche and BMW to Autograff for 2 years now. Milton the manager & staff are alway GREAT. When they service my cars, they're alway very informative and always give me options. An example is that although the sevice book called for a spark plug change, they inspected them and let me know it could be done on my next visit-if I chose to.Prices are very fair ( much, much better than the dealer) and they've never tried to nickel and dime me ( tire pressure didn't match my inflator) and they checked and included in the auto evaluation.Highly recommended.

Moved from the Midwest and have always struggled to find an auto shop that I feel comfortable servicing my car at as well as trust the information and diagnostics provided by the technicians. The gals at the front desk are fantastic. I truly feel grateful to have found AutoGraff as it’s first shop in my adult life that I feel can trust that my Toyota is in safe and reliable hands.

Dependable, fair and efficient.I recommend coming here for any work you might need! They're honest and have fair prices. Their staff is great and always explain things in a way that makes it easy for me to understand (someone who doesnt know anything about cars).

TLDR: Trust Milton and Autograff will go above and beyond for an affordable price. This is the most honest mechanic I've ever worked with.We have taken our cars to Autograff for almost ten years now and I live (literally) next door to a competing mechanic. After learning some hard lessons, I drive the extra 10 minutes to Autograff every time.We heavily use our 2005 Honda Element for our business so it needs some TLC every now and then. We also use them for oil changes, tags, etc. They're often cheaper and faster than competing "convenience" oriented oil change business. No joke.Milton is the head honcho and is frequently found at the front desk. YOU CAN TRUST THIS MAN. Time and time again, he has saved me thousands of dollars after getting shady quotes from other mechanics. The rest of the staff are competent, warm and helpful. My wife was dropping off her car for some maintenance and was debating getting a new car or continue fixing her current one. She asked Milton for advice and he sat with her for over an hour going over good cars he barely sees and the bad ones he sees all the time. He really gave us sound guidance that really cemented our trust in this place.Milton is super helpful on advising which fixes NEED to happen and which ones are likely fine leaving alone for (specific) periods of time. He also has no issue referring out other businesses he trusts if the job or timeline is better for us elsewhere.I have had years of experience working with Milton and his team. They are beyond competent, affordable, kind and, most importantly for a mechanic, HONEST. If you're taking your car anywhere else, I can guarantee you're not getting the Autograff experience.Services: Electrical repair

They used to be very honest, but now i don't trust them anymore. 2 months ago I asked for a quote to replace the blend door actuator on my Ford fiesta. They quoted me $900. Well, I ended up having some time to fix it myself this week, bought the part for $10 and the right screwdriver for $4. I spent 1 hour, with a youtube video. So I repaired it for $14 and 1h of work. Someone who knows car would have done it in 15mins because it was that easy. I don't know where the math went wrong but unless they pay their mechanic $876 per 15mins of work, they were just trying to take advantage. Anyways, I wouldn't trust them anymore but still leaving 2 stars because they did honest work about 6 years ago.

My wife dropped off my car with the parts we needed to have replaced. They told her they would get it done same day and my wife sat around and waited in salt lake for the car and she ended up calling later in the day to find out it wouldn't be done until the next day. She then called the next day and they told her they had done some work on it, but they couldn't do the job now because I had apparently not told them the right things even though they had the parts that needed to be installed. My wife now has to drive back out there and get the car and I have to find a different place to take care of the issue. This company is the worst

Our AC was giving us problems and Autograff hung in there with us to figure out what the problem was. It was a complicated situation and to make sure we were satisfied, they comped the labor on our final repair. We have trusted our cars to Autograff for many years because they don't stop until the problem is permanently solved. Thanks, AutograffServices: Steering & suspension replacement

I love Milton. He always has my back. My car isn't new and has had its fair share of issues. I know when I come here, I'm not going to get jerked around. Milton tells me what's wrong and what it'll cost. I always come back.
