My extention where had been made faulty. I had them for less then 2 months and the hair fell out by the hands full. My stylist opened the unused extension and found that it wasn't sewn in right. We contacted Babe and there is no exception for faulty products they do not warranty no matter how well taken care of are if like mine products are made poorly.

I just bought new set of tape in hair extensions and I’ve been using babe for 3 years and I just washed my hair for the first time after getting them done (I waited 4 days) and every single one fell out. I love the hair itself it’s soft and beautiful, but the tape isn’t sticky at all we used the tape that was already on the extensions.

Absolute terrible experience with this company, their customer service and their products. I received defective hair and they did absolutely nothing to make it right and the experience working with them trying to find a resolution has been an absolute nightmare. My poor old hair stylist had to come out of pocket just to make it right on their behalf. Never use this brand.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE BY THE STYLIST ZARABETH!!! She RUINED my daughters hair and rushed the work seeming she had other things to do the whole time. I spent my money to help my daughter get her hair done for her wedding and NOW ITS RUINED!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE ZARABETH AS YOUR HAIRSYLIST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Babe hair is the only hair extensions I will use. The quality is the gold standard. I’ve had extensions now for five years I’ve never had any issues with any of the product. Thank you again it is so nice to have a long beautiful hair when you’re not born with it

Took their master certification course online! The videos were amazing and you’re able to learn at your own pace. Zoom class with Jodi was great as well. She is a fantastic educator!!

I’m absolutely in love with my 22in Tape in Babe Hair Extensions. The quality is really nice. I read a lot of mixed reviews which worried me at first but Im completely blown away with the quality of hair. Literally can’t wait to add the new Frankie color as soon as I’m able to order it also!!!
