I've been taking my girl Gracie there since she was three months old and she now eight years old they understand her needs and my concerns. Dr. Jackson is her vet and My other two dog doctor and we love going to her. I do recommend Banfield to my family and friends

I've been happy with my visits to them, until now. Since they disabled their online booking tool, they've effectively been unusable. In an attempt to find the soonest appt with my dogs, I probably spent several hours on hold with the various locations. After getting in touch with all the local ones, now I have to wait on hold again to actually make the appt.This was the benefit of a chain, waiting for their customer support to return my call so I can cancel (and hopefully get a refund).

Affordable, they have great wellness plan options, and the veterinarian is spectacular. Highly skilled and professional, also very fair.

My little minpin Booker is getting older now and I get paranoid about small changes in him, so I take him to the vet regularly to make sure he is okay. Banfield not only has free exams with my pet insurance through them, but they are so patient with me and my overthinking self. I love my dog so much and I am sure I’m quite a handful for the vets!

They couldn't provide emergency care to my dogs on multiple occasions, so I ended up paying thousands more. They also didn't fully review the bloodwork that we paid for with our plan and there were indicators of an auto immune disorder which ultimately killed him after receiving vaccines he should have avoided with that auto immune problem. They also couldn't fit him into an appointment while he was dying. And I still have to pay out for the remaining 11 months of his wellness plan even though he died.

I was not impressed with the quality care here. It was very concerning how they did his vaccines behind doors not front of us I would completely stay way from this location I did noticed the facility was very dirty

The worst vet experience I’ve ever had. I was told to drop my cat off at 8:15 for her 6 month exam. I dropped her off and was told it would not take long. At 1 pm I get a call telling me that she is really anxious and they’re not able to do an exam. I asked why I was told to bring her in so early and why she had been sitting in her carrier all day if they couldn’t even do her exam. The vet told me that the nurse was supposed to call me and forgot. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I’ve paid $25 a month for over 5 years at this vet and they did nothing for her today and didn’t bother to communicate. She is of course going to be stressed out and anxious if she is in her carrier all day. Not to mention there is a note in her account saying that she gets very anxious at the vet, and the nurse mentioned it to me when I dropped her off today. The reason the has the note in her account is because this is the second time they have kept her all day for no reason and last time it was until 2pm. So leaving her there all day and knowing this is insane to me. Not only is my cat stressed out and scared, but I drove to and from the vet twice today for absolutely no reason. I am cancelling her plan and never coming back.

Not too happy with the way they run things, tried to get my sick dog in and was promised a call back to see if they could squeeze us in, still waiting. Very disappointing .

Don’t bring your pet here! I brought our goldendoodle for his comprehensive appointment. The next day he was super restless and bloated. I called and explained I had an emergency and I thought it was kind of weird he was bloating the day after they seen him. They said they would need to talk to doc about seeing him today. After an hour of waiting, I called back and they said doctor wasn’t in yet. They showed no consideration for my dog who needed to be seen immediately. I cancelled our pet plans and decided to take business elsewhere since they apparently don’t really care.You definitely feel like a number at this place. Always different staff every time I bring them to their appointments. And they showed their true colors to me today so just a warning for others thinking about bringing their pets here for their pet care.

They charged me $56.74 for being 14 minutes late to pick up my dog. I had called ahead letting them know I was running 10-15min late, apologized and thanked the person on the phone, and at no point did they bother to mention there would be a late pickup fee, let alone $56.74! It's invoiced as an "Overnight stay". Absolutely absurd, and I despise the fact that there was no transparency, and evidently no compassion either. Earlier in the day, when I confirmed I wasn't going to be able to pick up my dog until 6pm, they should have mentioned a potential late pickup fee. What a scam!! This place is a joke. My dog has been on their Optimum Wellness Plan for 5 years, which I'm coming to learn is way overpriced for what my dog gets/needs. This will definitely be the last. What a mistake and embarrassment to have continued to come here for all these years. It's hard not to believe that all they care about is your money when this is how you're treated. Learn from me and take your business elsewhere.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! my poor yorkie honey passed away 1 month after I applied for this bandfield all they did was give her shots and some test that came back completely inaccurate now they are telling me I owe 500$ for doing absolutely nothing for her DO NOT SIGN UP WITH BANDFIELD WHAT EVER YOU DO

The staff at this location is awesome. My only issue is how busy this location is; routine appointments need to be scheduled at least 4-6 months in advance. But they will typically work with you to find room for your pet if there is a more urgent need.

I had 2 cats on the premium wellness plan for several years.I was in complete shock with the mistreatment myself and my cat got when my cat had broken his back leg.This young girl with brown hair turned me away! My poor cat is in terrible pain litterly yelling and crying and they said there was nothing they could do because the doctors had all gone home and it was an hour before close! Which as a flat out lie.The complete lack of concearn was unbelievably shocking.I have been a loyal customer for years and this is how myself and my cat is being treated? Absolutly disgusting!I ended up going to a different banfield hospital because salt lake turned me away after years of coming here.The care my cat received was mediocre at best. I was blown away how rude everyone was.I complained to corperate banfield and their mangment and corperate was even more disgusting. They had no concern for my cats well being at all. I closed my accounts immediately with banfield and i will never come here again or reccomend them to anyone. Ever.

I should have taken the sign when they couldn't even put the appointment in for the right day that I shouldn't go here, but I decided to give it another try. So. Much. Regret. This is not a regular veterinary clinic, this is a drop off clinic. They will NOT tell you that until you're calling them 3 hours later to find out if your cat is ever getting her shots and check up. Then laugh at you when you tell them no one told you. Be prepared when the vet lectures you about how horrible of a person you are for being mad that your appointment time was not respected. Will NOT go back!
