Never ask for money you're being paid via check to be cashed here. They will do nothing but say that you will have to deposit and wait to get your money. Useless, always useless.

I’ve never reviewed a bank/cu. But this branch has earned it! The branch manager here is spectacular, patient and smart. He’s definitely leading this branch to success

I went in to make a payment. Stood in the lobby for five minutes waiting for any acknowledgment of my presence. Finally, I said, I’d like to make a payment on my card - can I do that? “Yeah, we can, but it’s a 45 minute wait.” I look around and see one other customer and four employees.
Avoid this branch at all costs if you value your sanity.

Very poor customer service experience. The cashier was plain right rude and asked irrelevant questions. Hope they work on customer interaction! Good luck

“I don’t know how to help you, I don’t understand this,” this is how the manager of this branch answered me. I don’t recommend it, the staff doesn’t understand what they’re doing at all

The Uselessness is strong with this one!If you are able to go to ANY other Bank of America branch then I would recommend it! In fact if you are able to use any other banking institution I would really recommend that.To say that the helpfulness and customer service of the manger Carlos Perez and his "senior banking associate" are nonexistent would be a VAST understatement!I left with more problems than I had when I entered. This might be the first time in my life where I had such bad customer service that my situation literally went backwards.PLEASE do yourself a solid and do everything you can to avoid this branch? Maybe even use a different bank altogether just so there's an even better chance to avoid these two "gentlemen" and their unique brand of customer service.

I had a profoundly disappointing experience at this branch of Bank of America, which I feel compelled to address. The branch manager’s approach of not directly engaging with every customer, coupled with the requirement for his staff to seek his approval for even minor decisions, created a cumbersome and frustrating process.During my visit, I sought assistance with obtaining a cashier’s check. The representative, though initially appearing inexperienced, repeatedly deferred my queries to her supervisor, holding private consultations with him behind closed doors. This practice extended to the point where she even left the office with both my passport and driver’s license, leaving me concerned and confused. When the manager, Mr. Perez, finally engaged with me, he abruptly declared the bank was now closed and deferred my request to the following day. This was despite my urgent need to finalize a transaction for which I had prepared cash payment.Additionally, despite being a loyal customer for 35 years with a history of substantial transactions and investments with the bank, I was met with continual delays and diversions during my visit the next morning. The new bank officer, who was now in charge on helping me, announced, after numerous interruptions and 30 minutes of stalling, that the bank had decided to declined to assist me, citing vague concerns flagged by his superior, Carlos Perez. This experience has left a lasting impression, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited at this branch. At the end of my consultation, Mr Perez was even elected when I announced that I will be closing my account with the bank. “Sure, you can close your account right away.”But, before leaving mad at Mr Perez, and out the bank where all my money is, I just decided that perhaps, this man’s lack of interest in helping me out was not a “dealbreaker”Perhaps, I could just try another branch in the same city. And sure enough, I was able to receive the requested cashier’s check at a branch nearby. No problems at all.

This is the most pathetic excuse for a financial institution I have ever stepped foot in. I have to laugh. When I googled the address, Siri said, "It gets a 50% rating." So wrong. Try 0% rating. We were held hostage by their cutesy gal for over an hour waiting for Patricio to grace us with his presence to open a Preferred Customer account. After an hour of Miss Panda Express/BofA telling us about her wardrobe, her job at Panda Express, and having the audacity to ask us what we were going to do with the money if they ever let us withdraw it, had us needing Prozac and fast. Still no Patricio. He is a fictional character in "Nightmare on 21st". We finally made a break for the outside door when our kidnapper left the room for a minute. No one offered an apology or tried to get us to come back. Steer clear of this dump. They only cater to those who speak Spanish. Unfortunately, that is not our native tongue so we were ignored and hung out to dry. Bank of America should be ashamed. We will be closing all accounts with them.
