Worst bank ever. Tried to link my account to my usaa account, triggered a fraud alert and my account got closed!! all because i was using starlink internet which placed my IP address in colorado and they thought that was suspicious? how dumb can you be?

Don’t come here, don’t bank here.. they don’t care about their customers. They will prob fail with all the other greedy banks and steal your money. They currently do steal money from their customers.

I have account in BOTW for ten years. Used bank branches in Fort Union and Downtown. Never had problem with the customer service. 5 stars, no doubt...

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called into the main corporate line and they couldn't answer my question, I called another line and finally was able to connect with Kivalu at the SLC branch. He told me he would call back with an answer to my question and followed through in a timely manner. He also offered to waive some fees that I had which were 100% my own fault. Guy deserves a bonus.

I've banked with BOTW for a while now. Every time I've walked into the downtown branch I've always been treated like family. The staff is courteous and professional, and the few minor issues that I've ever had, Jason has been right on top of fixing them. Amy and Stephanie are always a delight to work with.

Maybe things have changed since a year ago, but I'm not getting awful customer service here like everyone else is experiencing. I opened up my account in another area, but have dropped by this one to get quarters for my laundry, and every time they've been happy to help and social, and I never get any hassle or disrespect. Good service is what I've encountered.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Treated like garbage by not only the teller but by her manager as well. Maybe train your staff on customer service, as you all deal with the public?

NIGHTMARE!!!! Called the online center and spoke to a Supervisor, Mitch, Employee#480509 and he thinks he is quite a comedian! Well, you are not and you were absolutely no help whatsoever and the worst employee I have ever spoken to at a bank. By comparison, I called the loan center, spoke to a Martha Griffin, Employee#67702, who accessed my account, corrected my zip code error by 1 digit that had been entered wrong by Bank of the West originally and answered any and all questions. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Overall, even with Martha's great help, one star is all this terrible bank deserves! The worst ever! Martha, you delivered a 5 star performance.
