Purchase a computer delivery was delayed 3 times wasted so much time on the phone with costumer service finally found the computer at a ups access point left work early to pick it up bring it back to the house no functional operating system total waste of my time and money. To boot 3 times I was told a manager would call me in 60 minutes all three time no one called. I think I should bill them for my time and travel expenses

Ridiculous return/price match policy. We bought a TV less than 3 weeks ago and now the price is $200 less. I called their customer service to see if they would price match the sale price and they said since it was past 14 days they couldn't do it. They instructed us to go personally into the store that we bought it from and they would be able to help us. So we took time out of our day to drive over. The store manager (Murray, Utah) Brandon H. told us that they can't do anything after 14 days. When I told them that Costco across the street had a 90 day return policy he told me I was attacking him and told me the Costco policy was 7 days (absolute lie).We have spent over $4,000 in the last year at Best Buy but this has cost them a customer for life. I hope they enjoy that $200 because they will never see another penny from me. The manager was rude, the customer service people wasted my time and their return policy is probably the worst around.I regret not giving my business to Costco in the first place. Walmart and Target both have at least 30 day return policies. There is no reason to give Best Buy your business. Buyer beware, this company does not care about you.P.S. I understand this is a corporate office but I'm leaving a bad review here because Best Buy needs to consider a policy change if they care at all about customer retention.

Worst Customer Service Ever!! Used to be a good store. Now you cant call a store, only talk to customer service in India. Wanted to delay pickup of appliance because I have Covid. Transferred no less than 7 times! Total time on call 1 hour 23 minuets!! Nope cant do it from India and no way to reach the store. After this I am done with Best Buy. The Brand has gone down the toilet!

I am officially very disappointed in Best Buy. we brought home our new freezer chest and it was dented, they offered a lousy 10% refund, which is not even the same as if- when they resell it after I return it. no one answers at the store. and the customer service is Terrible. it's not that hard to take care of customers but they just don't care. And I know this is not the store I bought it from BUT no one was willing to make this situation fair, not corporate or snyone.

Don't shop with best buy until they stop shipping with ontrac. I buy tens of thousands of dollars of stuff from best buy each year between business and personal I consider myself a pretty good customer, but the last several things I had to order they shipped through ontrac and they all came extremely late' (like more than a month) and I have a feeling the most recent thing is actually broken too because they said they're holding the package until they can contact the retailer.

I purchased a fridge 1 year ago, and the geek squad warranty. My fridge has been broken for almost a week. CANNOT get anyone at Best Buy corporate or retail to answer a phone. I have allegedly gotten a service scheduled by robots. Originally it was on Friday July 17. Confirmed. Then I get 2 emails and a phone call confirming it is today, July 13. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this change. They are not coming. They are now coming July 21. There are 3 entities working to get this together and NONE of them are on the same page. Best Buy. Some company in the middle that makes the appointments, with yet a 3rd company, the actual repair company. NONE of them are on the same page. I waited on hold with the middle company, the one who sent the email and made the phone call allegedly confirming the appointment, for over an HOUR. This person, of course, knew exactly nothing, but is really sorry for my inconvenience. She is forwarding an email to a "supervisor" who will call me back. I believe that will happen right after I get that check that was promised to all of us from Bill Gates a year.

I went into the Best Buy on 261 W 2100 S in Salt Lake City, Utah om 11/07/2018 at 12:53 and I have never experienced such poor customer service like I did back in the computer department. There was one other customer being waited on and 3 employees standing around doing nothing and not one of them greeted me or thought of asking if I needed help. One of them walked away and the other got on his phone. I stood there waiting for about 8 minutes until the ONLY customer that was being cared for was finished. Then when I asked where to find my computer item the guy had expressed his dislike of waiting on me with a nasty attitude. After finding my item he was going to send me to the front without the thought that he could cash me out where he just did the last customer. When I asked why couldn't he take care of me he got another nasty attitude and tossed my to be bought item on the counter without any respect. I could have called him out on such a attitude and brought a manager back to confront him with his actions towards his service to me, but did not have the time for that. They are there to help the customer not to make them feel that they are a inconvenience to them. I did not appreciate the attitude and thoughtless customer service that was given me and I wanted to make a note of this.
