This location had a larger selection of items than the Ogden store when I visited it. Knowledgeable employees who greet you at yhe front door.

Placed an order with Oura a long time ago. They needed to replace it and accidentally shipped it to Best Buy instead of direct to us. Best Buy did end up receiving the package and we went to try and track it down and Mateo spent 30 minutes checking all over the store and reviewing the security footage. The next day we came back and Andy who knew where it was helped us get it and was super friendly. All in all they went above and beyond to help us and have earned any future business we may have! Seriously great service from a big box store, definitely wouldn’t have expected it!

I went to buy a tablet and they sold it to me and I bought the Case protector and they didn't help to put it and then I wanted to put it on myself and I realize that they sold me the case and the protector of different sizes, the case and the pretector, I think I would have the Walmart to buy my tablet and I think I would have had a better service.

Arrived for my appointment for Geek Squad and was told that all of them were no shows so had to reschedule appointment. Definitely frustrating to get my computer fixed for work. The customer service representatives who were there were polite though!

The staff were very friendly in helping my the materials I need for my new home, helping me order the things that weren't available in the store, and if they couldn't provide the technology/service, they told me where to go who could!
When I went to pick up my order, the staff, particularly Chit Sa, was very quick in her service, she asked if I was satisfied, and she gave me the kindest smile and farewell! I think the only reason that I see so many 1-Star reviews for this site is because Chit Sa wasn't there to help them out!
Hopefully, her influence can rub off on the other staff!
