Negative 11 Star review: Absolute garbage service on every level. I schedule a stereo install at the end of Jan. the earliest install appointment they offered was March 6. Not a problem I was willing to wait. Meanwhile, I receive numerous emails confirming my appointment including hours before I was scheduled. I show up to locked doors and notified from someone nearby that they no longer offer installs. I wait in line to speak to the Geek Squad manager, which after he completes his transaction with the person in front of me he literally walks away without eye contact. Some other random glassy eyed waste of talent with a stained blue shirt informs me I just need to cancel my appointment via email and a refund will magically appear in 48-72 hrs. I call customer service to confirm at which point they clarify nothing has been cancelled, let alone refunded. This 2nd attempt at a refund leaves me in the same position with no receipt and no email. I call right back for a 3rd time, at which point this person was able to provide me with confirmation my refund is processed and a prompt email receipt. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. I waited 6 weeks for this upgrade and they stood me up with no apology or even a required refund for lack of services rendered. What a waste of space, I hope they level that building and turn it into a parking garage.

The saleswoman lied to me in several aspects to sell me a guarantee. That definitely didn't cover everything he promised me.

Horrible customer service. Waited for assistance for over 30 mins I had to go find someone to ask for help and then still waited over 30 mins for them to come over

My girlfriend had her phone taken here to get fixed they charged her 340$ telling her they would fix her screen and that’s all that was damaged, when she got it back the camera didn’t work and when told what to do they said they shouldn’t have even fixed it but did anyway. They took her money and told her to deal with it saying it was her fault for the damage. Ridiculous do not go here go anywhere else they will take your money and run and when you have a problem say deal with it. The manager was Mateo don’t do any service with it whatsoever.

Every time I go there if they think u don't have money they don't check to see if u need help with anything and it's hard sometimes to find help looking for items

Preordered a game in advance, was told it was going to be ready to pick up today (release day). Midday the status hadn’t changed from ‘getting ready for pickup today’ so I went into the store to check on the status on my way home.Turned out they either oversold preorders or sold my copy to someone else and didn’t inform me, I found out by going in and their system hadn’t ‘updated’. I would have had to wait until whenever the next shipment was. It’s important your website reflects your actual stock and order status. The positive note is that the employee immediately helped me cancel my order. I was able to place an order at a nearby GameStop and get the game within an hour. I will be preordering there in the future and wouldn’t recommend preordering new releases at this Best Buy location.

Manager didn’t want to honor a price match on a very expensive item. It’s fine though because my money will go to a company that wants to earn my business—which it did. Thanks Best Buy. Now I know who I will continue business with.

At this store I have had a range of experiences. Some of the staff have been very helpful while other staff have come off as uninterested, indisposed or downright misanthropic, just pointing to another side of the store without actually wanting to see me through.There was one staff in the camera department who helped me back in November 2022 pick out a sony alpha camera and accessories for my Europe trip. I wish I could remember his name to give him a shout out here but all I remember is that he is black.Another staff who was helpful that helped me in Feb 2024 was Stephanie. She helped me return a number of items and sign up for a membership and was very patient and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.I love the deals here, the selection, and some of my experiences with the staff. Iall of my staff experiences were like the two mentioned above then I would have left 5 stars.

Waited for 15 minutes to simply check 2 laptops in for service. Made eye contact and "hello's" were exchanged... Not one word was said, no "we'll be with you in a moment" or anything. I just left, it's the middle of the day and we're staffed, I counted 4, just fine. Taking my business elsewhere.
