Was extremely satisfied when I took an old trailer tire in at the end of the day and was gifted a free valve stem and helped quickly! I normally don't go to these places but these guys have earned more business from me in the future.

ZERO STARS ! If you drive a Nissan rogue don’t get your car serviced here. This big o sucks ! I took my car there because for years I lived in the apt building next door. Despite what my bf and mom said about not going there it was convenient for me with my son. I spent a lot of money there servicing my vehicle. I believe back in 2021 I replaced my brakes and rotors on the front. They began to wear out before the covered warranty. This happened 4 x that they replaced my brake pads and rotors for free because the warranty was covered. They had no explanation as to why this was happening. Last time I had them replaced this past summer less than 12,000 k miles I brought my Nissan rogue to the dealership to check the calipers which they cleared. Then I returned to big o to get my brake set up done covered with warranty. Nick told me it would be the last time they would cover it which is fine because I don’t want to go there anymore ! However it’s wack because it’s not my fault that they wear out so fast. They kept blaming my driving , saying that was the reason they were wearing out.Fast forward to today ! December 22 2023 I brought my car to the dealer ship because yet again I’ve had braking warnings and shaking and weakness for the past three weeks ! Tim Dahle Nissan just informed me that I need new rotors and not brake pads ! How weird is that right ? Have you ever heard that ? They said they couldn’t believe that whoever had put them on incorrectly had charged me money for them and that it was SO dangerous because they didn’t even screw them to the wheel which holds the car together. They said my pads are still in the green. I’m so disappointed because not only am I transporting myself in my car but my 2 year old son and I’m 7 months pregnant. The fact that I have been driving in such an unsafe vehicle for two years with I’m guessing the same issues of negligence every time they replaced my rotors and brake pads is absurd ! I’m so thankful nothing bad has happened and we have been safe and protected. Part of me wants to have them pay for the rotors! I get it your servicing a bunch of different car models and styles etc but atleast educate your employees to contact the manufacturer or something when someSort of issue keeps recurring ! Literally how dare you send me out into the roads on such an unsafe situation. ZERO STARS

Thank you so much Big O Tires!!! I noticed I had a flat tire after I got to work yesterday. I do not know how to change a tire, so I called my insurance to send roadside assistance. The driver said we can just change the tire instead of towing and put my donut on, but my donut was also flat and covered in mud. They towed my car to Discount Tire where I had recently purchased my tires. The Lugnut was cross threaded, and I was referred back to The Mechanic Man after I expressed my worries about the business and the way I was treated on the second time visiting it to them. The man at the counter shown no interest in doing it the proper way. So, telling me to go back in a moment of crisis when I would not have a functioning car was not helpful at all.I needed to get my car fixed for work today, so I got up early and went directly to Big O Tires on 3201 and Highland. They staff was very nice and listened as I explained the issue, I was having in such a worrisome state. It was much to my relief that they were able to get me in right away. Their confidence and ability to help and listen really eased my car trouble stress. They fixed my car and put everything back properly. I am so grateful. I will be going here for my future tire purchases and needs, and I recommend you do the same. Thank you for saving the day!!

My tires were making a strange noise and it was a bit of a mystery but Jesse and Eduardo figured out there was something inside my tire! They were great. So willing to help and solved the mystery. Amazing service!

I took my tire to the Big O on Highland Drive, with the intention of seeing if they could repair my flat tire. Since, I had bought my front wheels from them fairly recently. Not only were they willing to help. But, Sal M. Informed me that my tire was beyond repair. And, unfortunately my other rear tire was in poor condition also and he was concerned since I voiced I just wanted to fix the flat so I could be driving again. He let me know that it was unsafe to drive if both tires weren’t replaced. It was very genuine and not a sales pitch. I never get bullied into buying anything here. And, the customer service is amazing! They go the extra mile here! They are good people!

Took my car to them on Saturday to fix a flat tire we had aired up to get there. The gentleman told me it would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. He called me an hour later and said it was ready to be picked up. I am very pleased with this Big O Tires. They gave me excellent service and I feel they are very knowledgeable and they charged a reasonable fee. I would go to this Big O again. Thank you gentlemen!

Refused to stand by the warranty of tires. Big o was able to rotate the tires every 3k miles several times throughtout the year. Tires didnt even last a year and not one time notified of excessive wear. Waited till it was threadless before a very pushy salesguy refused to honor any type of warranty,refused to offer any kind of deal on new tires. Only interested in trying to push a ridiculous priced tire sale. Had very questionable services here in the past, only returned as it's convenient to get an oil change and rotation at the same time. Be careful here, these guys are only interested in money and sales and lack customer service skills. Will never be back.

Got snow tires here today. I was in and out in just a little over an hour. Sal was great to work with. He gave me tire options and didn’t try to upsell anything. I’m already noticing a big difference now that I have snow tires on! Thanks Sal and everyone at Big O!

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. After Burt Brothers failed to honor an appointment I walked into Big O and they took care of me right then. Tires swapped and ready fir snow. We will be using Big O from now on.
