Janel at Jerry Seiner Collision.
I arrived with my truck and Janel, being the
amicable, efficient and customer oriented professional
that she is, had the paperwork ready with
a detailed explanation of the repair process. During
the following three weeks or so, Janel kept me up to
date on the progress of repairs while coordinating with my insurance company. Repairs completed sooner than expected
and done in an expert and "completely satisfactory manner".

I really appreciated that I could go into the business and view the work as it was being done. CJ, who was doing the work on the car, did a wonderful job of keeping me informed and gave me options when issues came up. At no time did I feel pressured to buy parts or have work done that I didn't feel was justified.
I can't tell you how many times I went in and viewed paint chips with Josh who was patient enough to look up paint colors that I had seen on other cars. After settling on my color, he did a fantastic job of applying the paint to perfection.

I only buy rebuilt title vehicles for the great savings, yet am very selective about the workmanship, because too many dealers/body shops can cut corners and then the paintwork can fail in the future.
My partner worked in a body shop for 10 years and knows how to spot poor workmanship. We felt the most confident with this dealer after seeing that they have invested into their own $20,000+ paintbooth! Which is very uncommon, and the benefit is that they can keep their quality control in-house rather than subbing out to a body shop. Which captured my respect.
It passed my mechanic's inspection that they graciously allowed. I loved the great price and it's been 3 months and all is running great!
They are also very service-oriented and I was so pleased that they included a 30 day warranty which I was able to take advantage of, where after purchase they were so gracious to proactively fix a dash light connection, as well as remove the top rack for me and obtain the appropriate parts to plug the gap after removal.
I highly recommend them to my friends and family and I hope to have the pleasure to buy my future vehicles from them!”

“Over the years I have taken my 4 cars to V&T 5 times. Both of my bothers have taken their cars there and I have sent a dozen friends to this auto body shop. One of those friends was in law enforcement and another has taken multiple cars there. I even referred the plumber working on my house to this shop. He saved a bunch of money and gave me a discount on my bathroom remodeling. Every one was very happy with the body work done. This is a small shop tucked in the industrial area west of Redwood Road. It does not have a fancy reception room or a nice big store front. Unless you are looking for it you wouldn't know the shop is there. They mostly work on dealership vehicles. Years ago I went to 3 other supposedly reputable body shops before I was referred to this shop by a used car sale friend. The most expensive body shop in Sandy has a Salt Lake Temple picture on the wall and was twice as much as V&T. The other estimates were significantly higher and vary greatly. The V&T owner is honest and a hard worker from Vietnam. If you like to shop at Nordstrom or Harmons, this body shop is not for you. But if you value your money and don't want to be taken advantage of, you might want to get an estimate from this shop and compare.”
“Go Gerber you won’t regret it! Jonathan and his team helped me out of a tough spot. I was living in SoCal, but my '02 4Runner (original owner) was on loan to a family member in SLC. Unfortunately was in a wreck and the insurance called it a total loss and wrote me a check and left the vehicle in a salvage yard. This vehicle means the world to me and I wasn’t writing her off, so I made several calls to repair shops and no one was willing to work on a vehicle with only pictures to reference. Through excellent communication and expectations, Gerber took on the extensive project. I was even able to upgrade a few parts that I sent to the shop. Gerber has an extensive outsourcing when it comes to specialist, as they needed them for welding, tire alignment, engine servicing, and full auto detail. My wife and I flew in to pick up the 4Runner to drive it back to SoCal same day and our jaws dropped with how good she looked, better than before the wreck! She drove straight and true and I had a big smile on my face all the way back to the West coast.
I’ve never needed a body shop before, but I can’t think of a better experience than the one I had working with Jonathan at Gerber Collision and Glass on W. Temple.”
