Hours listed online are wrong. Visited again during their official open hours and the store was also closed. After having horrible experiences online and over the phone I was hoping meeting in-person would work. Cheap phone plan not worth the customer service unfortunately.

I went in to switch companies but due to my own issues with my card I was unable to get my phone turned on. But the customer service guy was awesome and very nice so thank you for your kindness and patience. The islander gent.

It is pretty bad when we cannot contact customer service and have to go to two different stores, and then wait 24-hours almost till they turn her phone back on after paying no bills well. If you're going to switch up your stuff make sure you're able to have a customer service number.

I've been with Boost for 7-8 years. I've dealt with several of the local stores, Now that I live downtown, I went to the 9th south store, and I was so very impressed with the care and service.Terrific...thanks!

I was having difficulties with my phone and the only solution was getting a new one. Elizabeth was very nice and helped me find a new phone within my budget. She tried to get me all discounts possible! Best customer service. Any manager that sees this please consider giving her a raise!

My experience went far beyond my expectations. I went into the store very frustrated because I lost my phone I went in and Elizabeth stayed pass closing time to help me resolve the problem, set me up with a new phone and was even patient enough to help me transfer all my photos and my apps from my Google Account I had on Previous phone. She made feel like she really cares about her customers! I highly recommend going to this location.

I am beyond pleased with this location and the customer service provided! We took my husband's phone to another location earlier in the day and the lady that "helped" us broke my husband's sim card tray while she was taking it out. She then proceeded to blame us and say there was nothing she could do and sent us on our away. We stopped by this location and Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up having to purchase another phone due to the damage that the previous store caused but because of the help we received from Alex we decided to stay with Boost Mobile.Thanks Alex!

The manager today didn't know how to let a costumer speak what was going on with the phone and said that it isn't my fault that ur phone isn't working. I asked for a different manger and a store number. She said oh no store number just use the address. Worst customer service ever learn how to listen to your costumers. I won't ever go back to this location as long as she is the manger.

I'm pretty sure I was over charged for what I got was only given a receipt for total amount.i had bought several different items and wanted an itemized receipt but didn't get it. That's ok karma will take care of the scandalistic doing.

Terrible customer service, if I could give negative stars I would. Also a horrible deal. I found a much better deal at Verizon. Why should I pay money to be verbally abused by someone when I can pay less for better service? 100% do NOT recommend.

The gentlemen had his girlfriend there and paid more attention to her then to really listening to what I was asking him and he wasted my time to get what I needed unhappy with THEM and going to switch back to my old carrier.plus not one store has a handicap automatic door opener for people who are in a wheelchair.THEY look at us as being different so why should they care we are no different than you and the government of Utah it is strictly for them that are literally think they are better off then disabled human beings but they don't have a clue what we go through in a day
