Yeah this bank manager is a complete a** and by the way he talked to me he's lucky my grandmother was there because I would've gotten up and slammed the hell out of him with his words. Families been going to his bank for 40 years and he couldn't do a small $3,000 personal loan for 36 months saying it was against consumer protection laws, which I know he is full of s*** about because his pay goes based off of averages.

Won't do a PPP loan unless you're a current customer! Also, wont let you become a customer. Literally turned me away when I asked if I could become a customer.

Very personable, I have been with this bank for several years now, love local for one, they are very personable and even remember who I am and I do not get into the branch that often. The website rocks too . . . I really like the options for categorizing my transactions. They are rocking it and I am so grateful to have found them. Thank you to the wonderful team at Brighton Bank (specifically the 93 W 3300 S, South Salt Lake location).

Such an excellent bank to work with. The employees are very helpful and truly care about their customers. They take the time to answer any questions you have- no matter how big or small and they always get back to you the same day.

We went to Brighton Bank looking for a bank to serve our new household. I'm in my mid-40s with impeccable credit. Brighton Bank sent us four or five welcome letters, but unfortunately failed miserably with basic customer service: the customer service representative made a sexist assumption about who would be primary on the account (man or woman; yep, in this case it shoudl have been the woman. Had she asked, we would graciously have informed her.) Then she set us up with a Visa check card that we did not want, but which we were charged $12 for. We wrote to close the account, enclosing the unused Visa check cards. The bank did not even have the courtesy to refund the $12. We're done, and headed back to Mountain America Credit Union, Wells Fargo, or another bank that may not be as "local" but knows how to treat customers. In their several welcome letters, Brighton Bank invited us to tell our family and friends about their services. We will be, but unfortunately not in the light they were thinking of. This is truly unfortunate, as we really wanted to like this local bank. Not recommended.
