Got me in at the end of the day. I really appreciated their help after I ran over a bolt. Good customer service and fast.

I have bought tires at Burt Bros for my personal cars and my construction company trucks for years. Always been great until recently. At their recommendation the last time I bought tires they recommended I schedule an appointment online. So that’s what i did. Picked out tires and scheduled installation. A day later I missed a phone call and had a message from the local BB store stating “we got your order but the time you scheduled online is not available” he then listed a few different days and times that were available. For me up to this point it seemed a little strange that you tell me to schedule an appointment online for convenience and then don't honor that time. What’s the point of scheduling online. Still, understandable. Here’s where it gets unprofessional. Two days later (I haven’t called to re-schedule appointment). I get a text from BB reminding me of my appointment for 2:30 that day (a day different from the original one and not one I scheduled). Great I thought. So I ran home from work, grabbed my wife’s car and headed over for my appointment. In route the thought popped into my head “you should call and verify the appointment” so I call and sure enough they have me on the schedule but they tell me the tires did not arrive on their afternoon delivery truck and that I would have to reschedule. They told me they would verify the order and get back to me. I got a call back about two hours later. They found the order and wanted to re-schedule again. I picked a time and day and then she told me I would have to pay a deposit over the phone to schedule. What? I have never had to pre pay for tires. Standard tires that they said they already had. From start to finish the experience I had was very unprofessional, sad and not the Burt brothers quality experience that I’ve had for years. I think Burt Brothers has gotten to big. No longer that family run business feel that I loved. Time to try something new.

Had a broken valve stem that housed my TPMS sensor. took to Burt Bros in Highland. I ended up ordering 4 new tires and alignment. 7 hours later I had new tires $1600.00 plus $220.00 for alignment and sensor. 5 days later needed to take back to Lexus because sensors issue light would not go off for my TPMS and didn’t have the option of losing my car for an entire day. Lexus found that the sensor they installed is broken and alignment is off. Really nice people though.

Unexpectedly had a tire fall off a car I had recently purchased, had it towed to these guys because they were the highest rated and nearest to where I was in slc. They got right to work, got me a quote, and had it fixed within 2 days. It was making a weird noise from where it was repaired as soon as we pulled away which they looked at and took care of promptly. Good shop, honest, and fast. Only issues were slow communications. I had to call them most of the time to get updates and I don't think they checked their work initially very well probably due to being busy. Hence the weird noise which was something simple. It happens. Still a good place to go.

I was charged for new valve stem that(wasnt new or installed properly) was leaking slowly and lead to the tire blowing at 70 mph on the freeway 2 hours of leaving the shop. They treated me fairly and fixed the problem promptly.

Lance and the crew are completely the epitome of good customer service. Within reason they help meet the custom needs of the customer - including custom lifts / alignment and troubleshooting.

They do well on car repairs but don't let them touch your windshield! I went from a chip to three spider cracks! Not too impressed.

We've been very happy with all of the services at Burt Brothers. We go to the store on Highland Dr(Cottonwood) mostly because our good friend is a mechanic there, but everyone is knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a flat tire and the gas station air was out of order. I called Burt Bros and they arranged to place my spare tire so I could drive to purchase a new tire. I was late for an appointment but they kindly worked me. Great service

Edit: Thank you for the response. Burt brothers responded and said the part was under warranty so they could replace it. My husband took his car in and they replaced the part under warranty, no charge. We spent $1,400 on my husbands car having the AC compressor and expansion valve replaced one year ago, and it’s stopped working again. No joke. It was replaced on 6/2/22. Their parts lasted one summer, one. That's absurd and unreasonable. I can't imagine ever going back to this place.

We were trying to get out of town and our trailer tires wouldn’t inflate. I started to panic. We were all packed up with ten hours of driving scheduled for the day. These kind folks repaired the broken valves quickly so we could get on the road. Truly unbelievable service. Highly recommend!

Friendly, fast and fair. Initially I came to them for a set of all-seasons, but I've returned since, frequently for all sorts of odd-jobs. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and speedy. Its clear this organization is motivated to help and really cares about customer satisfaction!

Just had the front end done at Burt Bros, on my 2007 Murano and, it feels brand new; smooth and tight and tracks perfectly...just right! Thanks to the crew!

I took my car due a fuel pump failure, it’s a 97 car and I know it’s beat up, but still runs great.Starting that their labor prices are outrageous, when they gave me my car back someone broke the driver’s seat. When I talked with Kas (Cas, Kaz, I’m not sure how to spell his name) his first answers were “it was like that” or “well, it’s an old car what do you want me to do”.I am in the assumption that if you are working in something, and you break a different thing, as part of the service they would try the best to fix it and leave it like nothing happened. Well, that wasn’t the case for me, not even good excuses. And when I asked them to fix it of course they went with the “we can try, but we are very busy right now, and you would have to leave the car” again.I’m not going back, I don’t even want them to try and fix it now, because there’s no guarantee they would not break something else, and then don’t fix it, and give a lame excuse.I will have to find a different place, and you should do the same.
