I had an appointment at 2:30PM for Winter tires and alignment. When I made the appointment the service advisor told me it would be about 60-90 min. When I checked my car in, I was told it would be a couple of hours, which was fine, and I would wait for my car. When my car was still sitting in the front of the store at 3:35PM, I approached the advisor, and he ran to the back to have my car taken back. I told him I needed to be out by 4:45PM. I went up to the desk at 4:40PM to check status, and he told me that they don't have time to do the alignment, which was not okay with me. They were able to get it up for the alignment check, and it wasn't needed. I finally got out of there at 5:08PM. If you are waiting for your car, be sure it's taken back In a reasonable amount of time, especially if you are making an appointment. The prices were good, but the lack of attention to my time was a downer.

Once again, we’re grateful to Burt Brothers for skilled and efficient care of our car tires. I showed up asking for air in a tire; they found a nail and repaired the damage—no doubt saving me from a flat during the first stormy weather of the season. Thank you!

Just recently moved here from California. Caught a flat downtown due to all the construction.
We were worried about fixing our flat and possibly having to replace all of our tires. The staff was able to help us within a few hours free of charge.
Most tire shops won’t do the service without warranty through them but they were amazing! When it is time to replace our tires we will for sure be happy to work with them.
