Came in a hour and a half before close, all of the food was pretty much put away and they only had a few selected items available. I was told they didn’t have any rice and asked how long for more they said over 2 hours. It does take two hours to make rice. Asked to speak with the manager…management said because they were closing “soon” they only had a limited menu available. I understand cleaning up shop when closing time comes around but an 1.5 hrs ahead of time is …simply put dumb. Lazy people make lazy employees

I thought it was OK, but nothing special about their burrito. Apparently, enough ppl don't agree w me; they are expanding, big time.

Food here is always good, and they keep expanding their menu with new items.

I don't know what was going on, I was the only person in the establishment besides two other people at the time that were ordering. I ordered a salad and they gave me the most stale tortilla that was just sitting around on the counter. Genuinely I wouldn't really care about stuff like that if it was busy but the fact that it wasn't even a fresh tortilla was upsetting. I can't even finish it but I'm just hoping for a future reference to maybe give your customers a fresh tortilla with their order instead of finding one that's just been sitting around on a counter and giving that to them instead.

The food was great, but the line moved a bit slowly on a Friday night. Could have used a bit more staff.

Cafe Rio delivers a fiesta of flavors! The shrimp tacos were just the beginning – from savory quesadillas to loaded nachos, hearty burritos to refreshing salads, and all the way to the whole enchilada. The star of the show? The creamy tomatillo dressing, an absolute game-changer that elevates every bite. A must-try culinary experience!Kid-friendliness: No worries, bring kidsWheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible. Brought northern-in-law along that had a walker and she did fine.

Food is off the chart good but be careful about the visa machine it will ask for a tip and even when you push the no tip it will charge you 10% tip and it doesn’t give a chance ti correct it processes your bill. Not great Cafe Rio Not great! We all have options and this extra sensitive quick process of your card. Not cool. We all have options and I think I’ll be going across the court yard to costa Vida which is basically the exact same thing.

Great prices, service and food.Parking: It was on a small street going by the restaurant where cars were parked on both sides and of course it being a weekend it was busy. It's ok, my father had no issue parking his Prius.

Without fail, my chicken is ALWAYS overcooked and burned. My rice is always undercooked. 4 times in a row. Think I would’ve learned my lesson by now. Never coming back and Chipotle is calling our name. Have Gordon Ramsay visit for kitchen nightmares. Figure it out.
