This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in our 20 plus years of business. Their billing and accounting is disorganized and unprofessional. We have been receiving past due invoices for a copier we bought out right. Canon claims we owe more money even though our contract/agreement shows we paid in full. There is no one to help resolve the problem. BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!

I had one simple question about how to cancel a document in cue. Their customer service online robot tried to sign me up for $49/mo. or $588/year for customer support. What a rip-off!

I have been very dissatisfied with my service and billing with Canon. The machines are great but this very large corporation has been an absolute nightmare due to billing discrepancies and sub-par service. I will go somewhere else to have my Canon equipment serviced and will purchase another brand in the future.
