Going through the car wash, I had tire gage sensors on my tires. The gages stuck out of the tires because my internal tire sensors had quit. So the car wash pulled one of my sensors off causing all the air to go out, which caused a flat tire. Thank you to these 3 at closing time to change my tire for me! It saved me!!!!”

The sales reps were also welcoming without being the stereotypical unreliable folks working at a dealership.
I did not feel ripped off. They were very transparent and offered options when looking for a vehicle. If they didn't provide the service, they were able to provide additional options outside of their service center.
Read the fine print and ask questions. And they will answer them.”
“I am giving a much higher rating. However this is only a review of the CAR WASH. First if you pay and choose the 9$ wash many times u will get the 5$ or 7$ wash. This happened to me yesterday. I paid 9$ got the 5$ wash! I was thinking why is it over so fast? Last you have to go thru the drying process especially for the windows. I didn’t want my grill dried! It is black had a bug stuck. I don’t want it dried on. It made it worse not better! The vacuum closeest to the road does suck! I can’t use the one next to the car washes or I am blocking a space. The management always fixes any issue asap! I’d say yes great choice for a fast wash! Stores always great CS fantastic!”

“I've been to a few locations, and although they are the same car wash, they do vary in washes . They do a pretty good job. The service is super friendly, and I've always been greeted with a smile and answers to my questions when I've needed them. I got the $10 unlimited wash for the first month. I'm happy with the results. I was spending way more than the introductory price or full price every week at other car washes. My car gets extremely dirty and dusty, and it's pretty hard to get off my vehicle. Mister car wash doesn't completely remove all dirt from the rear of my 4 runner. But it comes pretty close. I love the vacuums. I just wish there were more locations.”

“This was my first time using this car wash station, as my regular one has become more expensive while offering fewer services. I appreciate that each station here includes all the necessary steps to wash the car with a reasonable price. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the soap, wash, and waxing stages seemed to dispense only water. It might have been a malfunction, so I plan to give it another try to see if the issue persists.”

“Forget the others with low star reviews. I have frequented this place for 17+ yrs. Tom is great. Night time is a different scene somewhat but that's only because they are on edge with the community hoodlums trying to hang out outside the door. Only problem I've had here is some dumb people that eventually get cops called on them or told to go away and don't. This isn't freaking 4th South and 4th West.”

“This morning, after getting my car washed at Mister Car Wash, I locked my keys in my car. The guys who worked here were so nice, and tried to get into my car (it didn’t work), and even ordered an Uber for me to go home and get my spare key. Amazing! Not only does my car look great, I received excellent service. Thank you!”
“There is an updated and snazzy car wash down the street but I'd rather come here. Pressure washer has plenty of pressure. Brush's in great condition. Not worn short with use. Debug spray works perfect. Only missing a star due to cleanlines. Pulling out of the parking lot always makes me cringe- not to sure what I'm running over. Debris; possibly pointy objects.”

“Went here for the first time last week. It’s fantastic! I self wash my pickup, so I’ve been to most of the self wash locations in SLC. This is by far the best. Clean, quiet, and safe feeling. The card readers have tap-to-pay functionality (i.e. ApplePay), the vacuums suck, the water pressure is high, and the system cycles between the different modes quickly (from water to soap to degreaser, etc).
I’m not sure why there’s only 3/5 stars, but some of the other comments mention new management within the last year. I can’t speak to what this place was like before, but the new management have done a great job!”
